Had my eye on a few items so took advantage of the early Black Friday discount, quick dispatch and fantastic customer service from Elliot when asking for additional photos! Added a bit extra bits on my Christmas list from this lovely little shop.

I would have to describe my experience with this company as unusual - and that's being kind. There was an apparent lack of candour and transparency in my interactions with customer service, and I'm not sure how any company could try to pass this off as acceptable professional conduct. I found the quality of the particular items I ordered lacking, but that's not to say there aren't quality items available. However, I've no interest in determining that, as I prefer dealing with reliable and reputable retailers.

Very unprofessional, no response to any e-mails, no goods received!!! Will have to claim money back with my credit card company!!!!

Unprofessional. Doesn’t send email confirmations, doesn’t send goods or dispatch info, doesn’t respond to email queries….if I don’t hear back soon I’m going to need to do a charge back with my credit card company. Wish I had listened to the reviews.

Hadnt received my delivery which after addressing it has been rectified v quickly and I received an extra jar too. Lovely items look great in my kitchen

The website is very easy to navigate, with some beautiful items to look at. The salt and pepper set I ordered were delivered the following day and are gorgeous!!

Everything packed well and arrived promptly

I have received absolutely top notch service from Elliott at Dexter and Fox!! I had a very large order in mind and I wanted to sample the product first in a couple of sizes and return what wasn't needed, this was all dealt with extermly efficiently. When I was ready to make my very large order I again couldn't fault the service or the product. Couldn't recommend enough.

Ordered something 2 weeks ago and still hasn't dispatched. Getting worried now. Gonna report fraud to mastercard in the new few days if they don't send or refund.

Happy to change review if they get their act together.
