Literally, no customer service
A pair of overshoes developed a fault. I contacted Dexshell by email - twice - to ask if they could repair them for me and have received no reply.

Excellent costumer service and company.
I had an issue with a faulty DexShell waterproof sock I bought from an online retailer. They refused to refund or replace after I sent them back.
I contacted DexShell with images of the fault and they replaced them immediately with apologies. Amazing customer service!
Since then I have used these socks with great success (endurance trail runner) and have now bought several more pairs. These are my go to socks for long wet runs!
Fantastic company! I purchased two pairs of waterproof socks two years ago, I probably wear them twice a week. Recently one of the pairs was no longer waterproof, when I contacted Dexshell they sent out a replacement pair straight away!! Can’t get better customer service than that. I will buy more in the future and recommend them to others. Thanks!
Tried out the running socks after a few recommendations from other runners. I like these a lot. Let's be clear about where I run. It is boggy seriously challenging Yorkshire off road. Your feet get wet from the start and muck and mud is everywhere in fields, forests and moorland. These socks will not leave your feet bone dry, I have my doubts that any sock could do that in the conditions I run in. I have no doubt if you just have a the odd bit of water to contend with in your running then you will have bone dry feet wearing these. But in the conditions I run in I never expected that, it would be unreasonable. What I experience with them is great though. Your feet are I suppose pleasantly not wet and not cold, and not mucky either. No grime and muck gets through at all. Very happy with these.
Saw their ultralite bamboo socks for sale at a garden centre accompanied by a free offer of 2 issues of Amateur Gardening magazine, so was enticed to buy them to try out - but this turned out to be a bogus offer, as the code for these didn't work on the claim line and, when I contacted the company, Fordville Ltd, I received several broken promises to honour it...am still waiting to receive the magazines, nearly a year later! Feel really conned by this company. Socks were okay but nothing to write home about, and difficult to get on and off again.
