Very bad the platform is to complicated and access to money is not easy another trading wallet is needed so it makes Dex trade pointless and adds extra gas charges to withdraw via 2 platforms

So far seems good, invested some and made some. No complaints there. But it’s not an easy site to navigate and a lot of questions either not asked or not answered. 3 stars because I took a loan from the program to boost my investment, but no where did it state that I can’t use my investment to repay loan. Went to help center and all they could say is “no you can’t use your investment to pay off loan and we don’t have acces to your account “ and my account is locked from withdrawals but I can add whenever I want. Other than that it’s tricky but fun. Also my experience is through web3 on Coinbase

The agent took control of my sons PC and made a lot of talking meanwhile.
We have phone number and e-mail adress. If you cancel the deposit I may remove my rating. But I think this issue may better be resolved by the police.

I had a few transactions on this platform last year, which took a long time to withdraw funds(For a withdrawal that was stuck in manual review), and the support unit was not good, and I was annoyed and gave one star.
