Your programs are excellent. Coins are numerous and affordable. Your KYC processes are superb. However several coins on the exchange appear to lack liquidity. Any slight spot trading activity impacts the prices excessively. Thanks for your good works.

Not user friendly
Platform, deposit and withdraw, not very clear and not user friendly. Not android friendly. On the Android, the right side from screen deposit is not shows, then unfortunately your missing info before transaction.
Not everything is called in the instruction video's, they also go too faste and the English is pronounced poorly, hard to understand.
So the platform is not userfriendly for the starting trader. And also in comparing with others.
Only Plus is you can quickly watch the statistics of all the coins.
