I had a great experience with Devumi. I ordered multiple YouTube services, including views and likes for several of my videos. They views and likes were delivered pretty quickly, and with a 87% to 96% viewer retention based on my analytics. The viewers themselves were from all over though, mostly from the Netherlands and US. Overall, pretty good. A little expensive, but better than all of the other companies out there I've used before.

We took advantage of their services, and the fact that they wouldn't accept credit card payments and only PayPal should have been the red flag. But we persisted and after a WEEK of attempting to get a hold of someone, we bit the bullet and moved forward. I am still waiting to hear back from their "responsive" customer service on several issues. It took four days and a phone call for us to finally start getting the followers we had paid for - and while they advertise 100% "English" users but at least 30% are not. The other followers have ranged from 13 year old girls, to a guy whose profile was a d*ck pic. Nothing I would call "quality" that they advertise. Grateful that they at least have a 30-day money back guarantee as I have a feeling we'll be taking advantage of that - assuming that is even true as well.

**Updated since their bogus response - If I could post photos of these high quality followers they promised, I would. Everything they stated was complete garbage, and it escalated to a filed complaint with the BBB. Of which, they have not responded to.

Horrible. The bots were complete trash. Had a ton of pornographic bots replying to my tweets with disgusting photos and gifs. The only reason why I'm giving them a second star is because the customer service is pretty good. They were very quick to respond to me and were apologetic. They took care of the matter immediately and refunded me. Please be wary of buying bots in general. You really don't know what you're going to get.

I wish I could give them zero stars! They promised a refund for their horrible service but didn't do it even after I canceled the next day when I found out they delivered bots, fake followers, fake reposts, fake likes. I repeatedly ask for a refund but all they offered were credits--for what? So they can repeatedly give me fake service. I contacted my bank to investigate this claim but my bank denied my claim. I don't understand why my bank will deny my claim. They only got their side but not mine. I just contacted my bank again and waiting for them to call me back. I have the proof and if I don't get my money back, I am going to sue and post the truth everywhere!

Update: The bank that I did business with is incompetent. I gave them all the proof and they still denied my case. I did my research and found out that Bank Mobile is a scam too. They have had numerous lawsuits from people like myself. When I told the bank that Devumi provided misleading information and omitted some facts about the complaint. Bank Mobile said they couldn't and won't do anything even after I gave them the proof. I have cancel my account with this bank. I just provided Devumi my response when they contacted me on here. They wouldn't respond again to my emails but they responded after my negative review. It looks like that Devumi pays people to write "good" reviews for them. Those reviews look suspect. Since most of the reviews on Devumi are negative. I have reported Devumi to Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida (This complaint is closed). Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Federal Trade Commission, Internet Crime Complaint Center, the Arkansas Consumer Protection Division Office, etc. I am also getting ready to file a suit in small claims court against Devumi. I've contacted them repeatedly and they promised to get back to me and never did. They leave me with no choice but to proceed with this suit in court. If only they had refunded me what they owe me then that would have been the end of it. I'm not going away and I will continue to persist until I get my money back.

Update: Ok, I thought it would be honorable to provide another update about Devumi. Someone from upper Managment contacted me and apologized and refunded all of my money back to me! It has been almost a year and finally I got through to them. I had to mention reporting them to numerous law enforcement agencies and consumer services and small claims court. I was refunded the full amount by Paypal. This person from upper-management told me that they were correcting past mistakes. They offered me some free services but I politely declined. I just want to put this company behind me. That's it.

Do NOT use. They promise 100% real and active followers, but I got fake, inactive and porn! I contacted them dozens of times to just stop but they did not stop. I purchased a program to target fakes and spent a whole day manually deleting all the fake and porn followers, only to have Devumi continually replace with more fake and porn, no matter how many times I told them to STOP. They will ruin your feed and your reputation. DO NOT USE!

I've purchased Devumi's Twitter, YouTube and SoundCloud services on multiple occasions throughout the past 3 years. I've rarely had a bad experience and the one time I did, they handled it professionally. I order followers for Twitter very often and they deliver within a few days, the quality of the followers are the best anywhere and they offer one of the best customer service of any company (in and out of social media).
