NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE - Wrong size & Damaged item

"Ordered a custom dress with 70F cups, received Size A. The veil arrived melted and damaged. When I provided professional evidence from a bridal salon in Norway, the seller refused any remedy and set impossible return deadlines just days before my wedding. They ceased communication and showed zero empathy.

BEWARE: They do not stand by their products and their 'custom fit' is a lie. I had to pay 3,600 NOK extra for emergency repairs. Save your money and your wedding day—avoid Devotion Dresses at all costs.
