Asking for money to do a comment -? Adverts pay costs .My further comment on MOUNT STUART HOSPITAL is realising the two verbal attacks on me in response to my polite quiet request to have a NON muslim male staff attend me alone with clear need to strip off now reality is it was clearly anti semitic rant from 2 staff attempting to browbeat me for asking as advised by gov & security forces internationally to all jewish /part people--FREE SPEECH -DUTY OF CARE ? As Elon Musk said we are losing that hard won legal right -Staff training in diplomacy needed at this hosp !PLUS people skills!

Zero stars 🌟

I would have given this zero stars if the option was available. I do not want to pay to see my local news, only to find it mostly isn't local.

Utter Junk

Utter Junk. Constant rubbish about non local issues. Who cares about a miracle patch that will get rid of knee pain forever? Clickbait everywhere. My biggest annoyance is when there is a military plane practicing runway approaches....'Locals left in disbelief as plane circles overhead' is the usual re-hashed headline. Has a reporter actually gone out to ask the public their thoughts? I doubt it.

Just copy and paste court results

Just copy and paste and post court results, its so sad. We can all copy and paste, find it pathetic and desperate. Somebody should set up another news site that is positive news.

The most incompetent regional news site

It has to be the most incompetent iconic regional hidden gem "news" site to grace the internet. No proofreading of content, unable to spell, appalling errors, articles that have nothing to do with Devon the list goes on. Everything is either iconic, a hidden gem or reports starting with "I visited/ate/stayed...". Nothing but copy and paste articles from other websites. Unable to comment on articles but can on ones which will provoke hate and Intense fascination with free-ads for Wetherspoons, McDonalds and the saddest house built by Michael Jacksons bodyguard. To quote their best line "A DevonLive reporter spoke with a DevonLive spokesperson"!

Very poor

Very poor. Site is difficult to navigate due to the sheer volume of adverts displayed to look like news articles and 90% of the stories are clickbait.

Much like other Reach company news pages.

Rubbish reporting, full of adverts

Always been poor reporting, badly written and impossible to actually read and digest due to the crap adverts between every sentence.
Used to flick through the pages but now they actually want me to pay to flick through their crap, thou jest of course.
You know where you can stick it.
I just don't bother looking now, I hope the paper goes down the pan now it's losing readers, advertisers will be affected and hopefully withdraw funding. Good riddance.

They wanna charge you now for a glitchy…

They wanna charge you now for a glitchy devon live app to scroll though with no ad's is a joke. I would pay for such a terrible app snd hope no one else does cause this app and the bad reporting ain't worth 50p let alone 2.99 a month... I don't understand why every news on the Internet wanna charge us for reading the news especially when alot of the news is made up rubbish...

Awful

Awful. Full of adverts that clog up the screen like a blocked drain. Usually full of articles about iconic pubs that no one cares about. Articles on celebrities farting somewhere in Devon. Articles about single mums or families with children who have autism where there holiday was ruined by something trivial.
AND soon we will see the article again about the razorfish on Paignton beach. THE DAY TORBAY TURNED RED! It happened nearly 30 years ago. THIRTY. Good gravy.

Pity I can’t give zero stars

Pity I can’t give zero stars. Let’s start passing the message, vow not to click on Devon Live or any of the other affiliated sites. Pop-ups, click bait, every trick in the book to get you to click on something you didn’t want to.
I vow not to use Devon Live ever again.

Complete rubbish - don't read it!

Complete rubbish. Owners clearly aren't interested in anything except click bait, and happy to use AI as much as possible. Tragic, considering it's the Express and Echo's heritage, and based in Exeter.

Complete garbage

I don't know what the purpose of this organisation is as the content is complete rubbish and mainly made up or totally inconsequential

Made up rubbish

One of their stories was about Broadsands beach near Combe Martin ,they described it as golden sands and the photo showed people surfing and in the background beach huts .This is not Broadsands ,there are no beach huts the sand is a grey colour and you won't see anyone with a surf board because you have to walk down 219 very steep steps ( closed at the moment due to a landslip ) .
This is a stunning place but it's clear to me this story is just made up ,like most of their other badly researched and written content .
