Do not use this solicitor

This solicitor was used for a very straightforward house purchase conveyencing. The solicitor is very poor at communication, is arrogant, careless, incompetent and in this case the attitude and approach was unprofessional.

A formal compliant was raised with the solicitor but the behaviour continued and it was not until a deadline for a Legal Ombudsman referral was given to the solicitor that documents that should have been supplied in May 26 finally arrived on 22 Sept 26.
