devlin.ai is an AI-powered simulation builder for practicing conversational skills. Instructional designers describe a scenario, and the AI generates a complete simulation with characters and evaluation criteria, no coding or branching logic required. Learners practice through natural dialogue, by voice or chat, and get real-time AI evaluation and personalized feedback. Simulations can go anywhere training lives: embedded in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, exported as SCORM or xAPI for any LMS, or shared as standalone links, with scores and completion status syncing back to the course. Ground simulations in your own reference content, and track performance with workspace analytics, conversation transcripts, automated evaluations, and Power BI export. Teams use devlin.ai for customer service, sales, healthcare communication, coaching, compliance, and onboarding. Enterprise features include SOC 2 compliance, SAML single sign-on, team workspaces, and custom domains.

Devlin's Exceptional Expertise Continues to Shape My Professional Growth as a Senior Instructional Designer

Finding Devlin Peck's free content introduced me to a whole new career path and gave me the confidence to transition from school principal to instructional designer. Over the past five years, I have consistently followed Devlin’s content and learned everything from practical skills like Storyline 360, to creative strategies like gamification, escape rooms, and integrating AI simulations and coaching into my workflow.

What sets Devlin apart is his ability to break down complex concepts into clear, actionable steps that you can immediately apply to your own work. I have also greatly benefited from the guest experts he brings to his platform. Through professionals like Connie Malamed and Cathy Moore, I have expanded my network and gained valuable insights into visual design, action mapping, and instructional design best practices.

Most importantly, Devlin's work is driven by purpose. He is not simply teaching skills; he is helping people transform their careers and livelihoods. His guidance played a significant role in my own career change, and he continues to inspire and support instructional designers around the world. I am incredibly grateful for the impact he has had on my professional journey and for helping me stay current with emerging trends and innovations in the field.
