I ordered a number of parts for my ps5 controller including shell, number of different buttons and thumbsticks. All arrived quickly and well packaged, good quality items.
I have been using it for a while now and the thumbsticks feel very good quality and no signs of wearing so I feel they will last just as long as the original ones. Will be buying from them again.

Nice, but scratched, pieces.
I was skeptical when I ordered, but the pieces fit perfectly--no sanding down pieces like I found for so many of the ones on Amazon. The pieces felt nice and didn't feel cheap.
Their packaging has some issues, though. The way pieces are shipped allows the pieces to rub up against each other in shipment and cause scratches.

Excellent customer service. When my order was significantly delayed through no fault of Devine Customz and it looked like the parcel was lost in the mail, the company provided a complete refund. When several weeks later the parcel did arrive, the company refused to take payment from me, saying they felt responsible for the unacceptable delay in delivery. This response breeds immense trust and I am certain to purchase from this company in the future should I ever need any of the products they offer. I should mention that the parcel itself was a very distinct and appealing cardboard box that stood out, showing me the company cares about how they appear to customers and I can safely state they left a lasting impression.
