Professional support

We operate in more than 25 countries, and consistent device support had always been a challenge. devicenow proved to be one of the few vendors capable of delivering the same quality of service in every location. Their next-business-day replacement truly reduces downtime, and their team communicates proactively. For us, it’s a dependable partner that fits enterprise expectations.

Cost transparency and operational simplicity

As someone responsible for our IT budget, the fixed monthly price per device has been a major advantage. It eliminated unexpected hardware expenses and simplified forecasting. More importantly, devicenow consolidated several vendors into a single contract, reducing administrative overhead. This directly lowered our internal handling time and improved how we manage the entire device lifecycle.

A reliable partner for hybrid work

Our company moved to a hybrid model, and device logistics quickly became overwhelming. devicenow took that entire pain point off our plate. They handle procurement, deployment, replacements, everything. Employees in different countries now receive devices on time, and IT finally has predictable monthly costs. We genuinely feel the difference.
