Professional and clear correspondence
The lady that called me, Marleen Wolter, was very professional over the phone. Even though my German isn't perfect yet, she spoke slowly enough to understand almost everything she said. She was calm throughout the call despite the background noise being made by my son, and she answered all my questions. Marleen was also prompt to book a follow up online-meeting and send me a summary of our conversation per email. This is so far one of the best telephone conversations I have had with a native German speaker. Thanks a lot Marleen and keep up the good work.
