Appalling Customer Service – Absolutely No Response!

I ordered a large garden shed and immediately contacted the company after realising I had selected the wrong colour.

Two days later, despite multiple emails, phone calls and callback requests, ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE!

I received my payment confirmation, but not a single acknowledgement of my urgent request to change the colour.

I am now potentially facing delivery of an enormous garden shed in a completely unsuitable colour, despite trying to correct the mistake immediately.

Emails unanswered, callbacks never returned, nobody available to help. Extremely frustrating and absolutely unacceptable customer service!

One star for a very disappointing experience so far.

Absolutely fabulous! Courteous, professional, nothing was too difficult. THANKYOU so much. It made my stressful morning, extremely easy! YAY!

The lining of one of my planters was cracked. I wrote to the company. The reply was in German but I was able to translate it. Now I have to take a picture then send it as an attachment to an email. That's a little bit more technical than I'm used to doing but I will. This just takes more time than I expected. I think that there should have been some kind of wrapping around the planters that were shipped as protection. The planters were just in a box without any wrapping. I do not want this comment public because it is just a damaged item and not a negative product-only shipping needs to be improved.

The item we ordered was as expected and arrived in good condition. We are pleased with it. The delivery company was not my favorite, though.
