I was very disappointed in my trip .We…

I was very disappointed in my trip .We were allocated a chalet on arrival we were advised that the hotel had overbooked.If i had known this in advance would have cancelled .I am in my 70s and my friend is in her 80s and has mobility problems .We did not expect to have to walk several times per day for 10mins each way and sometimes in driving rain. The footpath was narrow the traffic heavy and it was well nigh impossible to assist each other in single file .The food was only fair.No apology or reduction for inconvenience was given.I could not possibly recommend this trip for anyone.
