We can see that you received a response from support, but it did not satisfy you, and you began threatening and blackmailing the staff. As a result, you were banned for violating the rules.
Constant spam and begging me to join
Company keeps spamming and cold calling me on twitch/email trying to get me to ingergrate them into my streams.

It also feels a bit unfair to leave a 1-star review when you haven’t actually used the platform, as this can mislead other potential users.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. I contacted destream about services not received and countless number of transactions taken from my account. When I contacted destream their support team were rude and at times disrespectful to the point of accusing me of wrongdoing. As with other reviews destream would rather facilitate illicit transactions and not support anyone. Awful platform and even worse support. My emails are now being ignored but I suppose at least when I go to my bank I can explain everything and prove they are not responding

Any transaction on the platform is impossible without your confirmation through your bank's app. Therefore, your accusations are unfounded. We kindly ask you to be honest, at least with yourself. Thank you.
No protection for buyers
No protection for buyers. Once you pay, there is no way to redress if you dont get your goods.
Edit: I threaten legal action if I don't get my goods. I guess where you are headquatered, legal action is considered unethical. Its easier to blame others rather than having proper protection for your end users. FYI, I never received my goods.

By making a payment, you agreed to the platform's terms of use and were aware that our platform does not sell any goods. It’s always easier to blame someone else rather than acknowledge your own mistake. Furthermore, you subsequently attempted to threaten our employees, which is, at the very least, unethical.

I signed up there to get donation by card
and I was paid 70€. I've done all the validations. But last night when I wanted to withdraw money it gave an error.
I just spoke with live support, they asked me what content I was producing. I said I play valorant professionally.
he said this is not a content or something
We had an argument and he closed my account and banned me from live support.
what should I do ? how can i get money on destream
