The lock doesn’t work. We installed it and it won’t work with the app or close with a code. Not worth the money.

Best purchase
Seen ads for this lock for some time. Tried a different brand that was cheaper when I should have gotten this one instead. The price was good and delivered fast. Packaged very well and the instructions for install were very clear and easy. Took about 15 minutes to install and get set up. The app is very easy to use so I getting codes and fingerprints set up is really easy. Very happy so far and will be getting more in the very near future.

Delivery was very expedient. Connecting to the Bluetooth and maintaining Bluetooth is difficult. Programming it was a challenge. Key cards and fingerprint work intermittent.

The BEST lock ever!
The BEST lock ever!
It difficult to comprehend the quality of the Desloc lock that we received for the small price that we paid. The lock was easy to install. The opening/closing features…remote gateway, fob, code, key and fingerprint options all work flawlessly. All of these options are simple to implement. All of this plus it’s really a good looking lock. Yep, we are really quite happy with having chosen the Desloc lock. We highly recommend it.

Where to start. Customer service was horrible. The product is one color (black which I ordered),and the latches, plates and screws are all brushed nickle. THATS HOW I WAS TOLD ITS MADE.
