Very high quality build materials
Very high quality build materials. Noise, firmness and functionality all on point. Got the biggest HomeOne option and is perfect. One of the pieces got sligthly damaged on delivery and got sent a free replacement.
Main improvement opportunity, they should include more small low value details like anti scratch carpets for the legs and more cable management utilities, specially when you buy the cable tray. Having to think which extra £2 - £10 things to buy to make your £400 purchase perfect is annoying.

Desk was originally delivered to the wrong address. Customer service reached out right away to help. While they couldn’t figure out where my package went (I figured it out on my own), I appreciated how quickly they reached out to try and solve the issue.

I love my new standing desk
I love my new standing desk, a fantastic desk which I cannot fault at all, and came at a great price. Brilliant motor and controls, feels very premium and reliable after a month of use and the instructions were brilliant. Shipping was also very fast. The tabletop feels premium despite being their cheapest option.
A few tiny downsides, firstly the measurements of the tabletop were slightly off, short by a few cm. I was being very precise with my choices so this has made me wonder if I could have actually fitted the larger tabletop in my office after all. Secondly, I wouldn't recommend the under-desk drawer unless you can get it at a discount - mine doesn't close very easily and the build feels far less premium than the desk. Not sure I'd pay full price for it again.
