Order shipped to wrong coast of US!

Ordered replacement parts for a standing desk. Order went through, item was shipped and delivered, however the delivery went to Anaheim, CA and not to my address in Connecticut. Repeated attempts to contact through email have gone unanswered and the online chat has been of little help either. I'm not sure if a real person actually works here. Looking at transaction info from my bank, it's tied to an address in CO for Play it Again Sports, which doesn't seem to be related at all.
