Great price for the product. Wish I had chosen the òther green color that was listed though. The one I ended up with has a tinge of yellow in it and I don't understand why 20+ lens cases came with my order I only needed 1 case, not sure what to do with them all might just donate it to Goodwill

I ordered lenses and fedex sent me a message saying they arrived but didn't reach my address and I didn't receive them. I'm very sad because I don't know where my shipment is and I called the help center in Utrecht and they didn't help me.

The contacts themselves were good. Very comfortable and I will buy from the company again. Unfortunately the colors I chose don't look very real. The charming green looks pretty fake but the wild green look okay. I got a free sample of the romantic blue and I wish so much I would have gotten them! They suited me much better. I did get them for color purposes because I don't need a prescription. For reference I'm a light completion and have warm lightish brown eyes. They did well to cover them. Shipping took a while but I'm in the US.

the lenses are very nice, I have always had good experiences with them, but with my last order I bought two pairs of lenses and one of them cracked when it froze outside, I didn't notice anything at first, only when I started driving with the car. The lens scratching my eye caused my eye to become infected

I received a pair of lenses and one of them tore in half after the second wearing. I’m extremely gentle with my lenses and have been wearing them for decades, so this was indeed unusual. I reported the issue to Desio and sent a photo of the damaged lens, which they said I needed to return for analysis. I explained that I placed the lens pieces in a tissue and discarded in the trash, but I retrieved them and sent another photo of the crumpled remains and offered to rehydrate them in cleaning fluid and return them. I also had to jump through add’l hoops by filling out a form, etc. I inquired about a credit towards another, more durable pair and they agreed that was fair, so I selected a different pair, but when I got to check out, the system charged €15, so I asked them to fix this, and if they aren’t able to, just bypass the checkout process altogether and just send me the replacement set. I received a very unprofessional email, complaining about their inconvenience and telling me there’s nothing they can do! Ugh. I’ve been in customer service management for a major company in the beauty industry for 3 decades and I was shocked by their unprofessional attitude and ridiculous policies. Imagine Amazon charging shipping to replace a damaged item???

Desio has reversed the €15 shipping fee after I sent a lengthy email detailing my point of view and leaving this review. It’s worth noting that I neither asked for nor expected them to credit me more than the price of the lenses I purchased, which was a €10 difference, to be clear. The experience was still unnecessarily unpleasant. If you purchase something defective, know that you’ll be in for a difficult time trying to get a different pair that are less likely to break again. I have now changed the review from one star to three stars and revised the title.
