Super negative experience, have been waiting for my product for longer than a month. They say they can’t find my order or tell me where it is and when it will finally arrive because their system is down already since one week. What serious company has their system down a whole week???? I smell a rat! Trying to get my money back now, but guess what, that’s also not possible because the system is down! Thieves!

Not worth even 1 star. Ordered 6 chairs in December as advertised 5-10 days delivery. I had to cancel my order in February as each time when I asked them for an update they kept saying delay and added two weeks to the order. Now I am waiting to have my money refunded which has been stated 14 days or 10 days it depends which email you read from them (such a mess). I have also spoken to my credit card bank which advised my to call the bank after 14 days as they will take care of it. I don't expect money within 14 days from designwonen but the bank will get it sorted quickly They just use your money to run a business and cannot fulfill 90% of the orders . Don't waste your time for them and look elsewhere. Main advice :don't make payments using debit cards as you will wait for your money for long ,so use Credit cards instead as this is secured properly...

Check their address (Google street view) where they business has been registered so clearly to small to deal with number of orders. Also the same type of business registered in Germany using the same tricks

Update : contacted today (13/02/2018) about money being refunded and I was also asked to change part of my review regarding an existence of their address and the business . So to make it clear: I am not suggesting it doesn't exist .
