I have been working with Design Raptors for nearly 5 years now to handle my website and hosting projects, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

When it comes to the price point, the service they provide is great. The overall value and the consistent uptime of my website are what I appreciate the most—it has allowed me to run my online platform smoothly and efficiently.

While there are occasional times when the expected delivery for custom repairs or routine changes doesn't hit the exact deadline, the sheer value and reliability I get far outweigh any minor delays. I truly have no complaints.

I know there are a lot of negative stories and mixed reviews about them online, but that simply has not been my experience. If you are looking for an affordable, high-value solution for your website development or hosting projects, I highly recommend Design Raptors. They have earned my trust over the years.

I signed a 100 % satisfaction gaurantee back in July of 2020 and the site still is unfinished and un- marketable.
I am now forced to send more money for a service contract or take legal action.
I can not and DO NOT TRUST this company. If you have been ripped off by any of these entities join me in a class Lawsuit.

This company held my website production up for 3 years. During the 3 years i was dealing with long hall symptoms post cov exposure. I was more focused on my health, but that was still taken advantage of. I continuously asked for a refund after such long delays, and never received it. I continously got calls from new people saying they are taking over becaus someone was sick or fired. I had purchased things per their request that was bogus(life time mail chimps, life time 1TB server, 24 hour security features, custom calendars) none ever completed. They finally handed over incomplete files 3 years later. I could not use what was built (although not complete) to continue. I had to hire another company that walked me through some of the back end to only find, that was totally a mess.
Danny Edward, Jerry, Ryan, Ava, Steven Johnson,Joseph,Harris,Sam Wilson, Austin Marques, etc. These people will sell you things and talk good to the point you believe them, but it's been a delay tactic for many years on my end. They will fix, then mess up something else over and over, to the point you wont be able to believe them.They will tell you things you need and don't. I truly believe they may be scamming people. Thye say they are in florida and Canada, stated to be in N.J, my credit card carrier stated the transactions are coming from other places. I will never use this company again. They still owe me money and i will seek it. Thye gave a logical reason as to why they are not on BBB. But i now see that's false. BEWARE!

my website took 3 years and it is still not complete. I had to force them to give me ownership. I have patients of a saint. Adam was the only saving grace. My website is still not complete. It takes them few weeks to complete one change on a website.

I would definitely select a negative 5 if I could. Whatever you do, please do not hire them. They pretended to work really hard on my site for months and when they showed me a bit of the results, it looks like clip art. Literally like a power point banner. Mind you, I paid about $15K.. I asked them for a refund of at least to hire out for better quality work or another solution. They have ignored me and ghosted me since. No finished product so they practically lied about the product and then stole from me. There were other violations but yeah they are a complete joke. It’s horrifying how people like this can get away with so much and scam people.

SCAM. They hijacked my domain and server and would not return it when I elected not to renew with them. They refused to return the hosting unless additional monies were paid beyond the scope, and at that point I could not trust that paying for the release would have them return the domain. I ended up abandoning the domains: taktglobal.com and taktglobalsolutions.com. They have fake names and fake reviews. THey show offices in California but really are an Indian based company.

Paid thousands for a website but once i did I would constantly receive calls harassing for more money for services that were already paid for. The scams come in once you pay them for the site. They turn your site off to make it seem there is a trouble shoot problem to scam you for money

If I could give them a zero..I would.
Not only did they overcharge me for a very simple website, they then BLACKMAILED me and CRASHED the site when I wouldn't give them another $ 1,000 for supposed security issues they discovered SIX months after I paid them in full for a website and a years hosting. As a small business owner its has been devastating = BEWARE
