Excellent experience! My account manager Ashley listened to every request I had. What's funny is I had so many of them I thought I was getting on her nerves. Then she sent me a text saying, "If there's anything else you need please let me know." I couldn't believe it. 2 months later she still completing requests to make our site as great as we think it is.

I have just had one of the best business purchases in my life . From the first start of contacting Designs Funnel and the representative Thomas I believe contacting me back. I have enjoyed professionals at work. They have not only delivered a high quality product at a great price but the quality of customer care all through the process with ms Ashley at the the point was second to none. Don't do it I was robbed I never sold one item off my website they could not get me on Google if you don't know anything about websites first thing you're going to have to do is work on marketing strategies before having a website website is dead without having marketing and promotions must get on Google front page to sell anything from a website!!

I was trying to design my website myself. I learned HTML 4 and then it changed to HTML 5. I kept having to learn over and over again. The last time I went into my website to add to it all my links were broken. Designs Funnel came to my rescue, and they are doing a great job. I was looking to have a website designed and didn't really know which direction to go. Rex Brown made all that extremely easy. The process with him was great. He always answered my questions, made changes to everything I needed changed and always reached out with questions to help me get exactly what I needed on my website. Definitely couldn't have done this without his help. I'll definitely be using him more to expand my ideas.

I made an online inquiry for web design help to correct a problem my wife and I were having setting up our new Non-Profit charity website that we were using Word Press on. The company responded to my request same day and worked within my budget to correct our problem. I came to these guys wanting a digital design of the design I drew for my clothing brand that I want to start up and they welcomed me with care and helped me gain their trust which was worth it cause they delivered with what I wanted of course I just wanted a few more touch ups done to the design but they did an overall great job, they are extremely nice people and they get the job done Thank you Ashley!!

I asked them to make me a logo, which they did, then Ashley suggested I do business cards as well. I told her cool! let’s do it, I asked that she puts a qr code that pulls up my company’s email, Instagram, and my contact info. Paid $200 for 1,000 cards. they mailed me the business cards (which took forever) 500 of the cards came out the way I asked and the other 500 didn’t have any Instagram option or anything. They are now telling me I have to pay extra to order new cards to fix the mistake that they made and that it was my fault they came out that way. The customer service is just not professional, I’m a busy person and when I pay someone like Ashley (who is a senior manager) I expect her to at the very least do her job. How can you send 500 cards correctly and exactly what the customer asks for and then send another 500 that aren’t the same. WHO’S managing this? The way they’re whole business is run is just suspect ashley is well trained to smooth talk her way in and as far as I know this could be a thing they do on purpose to make an extra sale. I’m not satisfied with what I got and WHAT I PAID FOR. Now they have turned their backs and basically told me they can’t help me even after I asked to speak to someone else. I personally just don’t work with people who run their business like this it’s very unprofessional to me.

Brian and Ashley were AMAZING!!!! They took care of me from start to finish. They definitely delivered quality care to my needs and delivered a wonderful website!!

At my request, Designs Funnel created a brilliant design of a sample product that when added to my company’s website explained the possible effect and technology of my company’s product and how that product could help significantly the customer. Designs Funnel has excellent creativity and engineering aptitude. Plus they replied within an hour or two and made a few adjustments quickly at my request. Plus very reasonably priced. I recommend Designs Funnel without reservation.

I’d highly recommend working with the guys from Designs Funnel LLC. They have very talented and helpful people like Brian who helped me with my every needs. Wether it’s from answering all my many questions to being a person who’s easy to work with and happy to help guide me through the whole process.
