JAY ANDERSON IS TOP NOTCH, I ENJOY WORKING WITH HIM.

This is the second time I have worked with Design Proficient and both experiences have been excellent. Jay Anderson provides fantastic customer service. He communicates every step and responds very quickly to questions. I highly recommend using this designer.

Jay Anderson is on top of it! Not only were the logos original and eye catching, but he was super responsive and addressed any desire for edits with extreme promptness and creativity. I am most highly impressed!

(It is now May 12th and here's the update. I orignally posted this review about 3 months ago. Magically, I got someone to respond. They wanted me to take down this review. I said no way unless I get a refund for services I NEVER received. Of course, there's been no follow up. RUN far away from doing any business here unless you want to get ignored and ripped off!) It has been a horrible experience with this company and I encourage everyone reading this to go elsewhere with your business. One of their sales associates sold me a package for creating a logo and a business website. I paid over a thousand dollars and it's been over a year and I have absolutely nothing to show for the money I gave them. The sales associate no longer works for the company. My project manager supposedly was reassigned. The new project manger wants another $500 to "reopen" my file in order to begin to work on the logo and website. I refused to pay another dime to these shysters. I wrote several emails to the manager as well as the CEO of the company without a single response. I've been ripped off and unless you want to be I would strongly suggest you avoid this company altogether! These people have no integrity!

I must say I am impressed with this company. I ordered my Logo and change it a few times and edits were done with a quick turnaround. The price was affordable and customer service was great!

Truffle it's very nice company I have did work with all time everyone did build very grat job to my company I really really love it how hart work the did if I really need anything do for my company in future I will be back to tham I really appreciate they service And honest.

Jay is a great website designer. He gave me updates on my websites and logos. He provided a great service at a reasonable price. I'm very satisfied with his work.
