Luckily my friend who applied the wallpaper was very experienced - pattern was interesting challenge for him - he loved it and we were mesmerised and found the magic when another friend revealed the hidden motives in the wallpaper. Excellent customer service
I’ve ordered from this company before and decided to have the same quality wallpaper in another room in another shade. But after placing my order we decided to go for paneling instead. I contacted them and they cancelled my order and refunded my payment with no issues, even though the order was placed with the manufacturer! Communication was excellent. I will definitely order from designer wallpaper in the future. Excellent customer service and excellent quality.

Waited 3 months for the delivery of 1…
Waited 3 months for the delivery of 1 roll of wallpaper. No refund offered, no complementary 2nd roll included. Requested a fabric sample of the matching design x 3 eventually arrived 3 months after first request - it was the wrong design and a sample of 1 single colour of cloth 3cm squared, no design included! What is going on? Do they wish to fail as a company that I thought had a good reputation?

I can confirm that the matter has been investigated thoroughly. Unfortunately, no refund or complimentary second roll is due in this case.
Although your order experienced a production delay caused by supply chain issues, the wait time was much shorter than the three months you claimed to have waited.
Regarding the fabric cutting shipped directly from Designers Guild, I contacted them, and they assured me that this cutting could not possibly be 3cm square as the minimum size cutting they provide is 11 x 14cm. I emailed you to give a picture of the sample but have not received a response!
I have no problem with you leaving a review of our good business online, and we actively encourage customers to do so. However, should the review not resemble the facts of the case, I have no choice but to respond fully to set the matter straight. I wouldn’t want past, present, and future customers misguided.
