Wow!!!!! I’ve never experienced anything worse in my life.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
Designersly responded with a bid to an open public
competitive solicitation to support website development and was awarded the job August 2022. A detailed written Statement of Work (SOW) clearly defining our project requirements and deadline of two weeks was provided for Designersly's consideration in accepting the project. Designersly accepted the SOW and project. After we paid the deposit of Designersly’s requested $900 to begin work, communications with Designersly became infrequent with Designersly taking days or weeks to respond. Many months of slow developmental progress, well past the stated deadline, has resulted in a non-workable conclusion as Designersly’s latest iteration still had “bugs.” Not wishing to continue with this cycle without hope for a timely conclusion, we were forced to abandon and remove Designersly’s attempted website modifications. We have suffered many months of lost sales waiting for a conclusion that would have allowed us to publish the website for sales. We gave Designersly several chances to deliver; however, we could not wait anymore. We requested a refund of the paid deposit; however, Designersly has responded with silence. We have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office and encourage others who have been scammed to do so as well.

Paid over $5,000 for server to be built and website to be built. In addition to other fees I have not yet added up. Will try to dispute charges with credit card company although might be too late. Do not work with this company.

Horrible communication. Horrible design. Untrustworthy and just looking to get as much money out of you for as little work as possible.

I hired this company back in January 2023. They asked me for my personal credentials to run ads on social media which they didn't need. I was able to catch them in multiple lies and their design work was unimpressive as well. They promised to refund me half of my money, but they continued to lie over and over again until I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT trust this group!

Zero stars!!! Do not move forward with this company because they did not finish my website and no one in the company is reachable! They are all Unprofessional, and will take your money and run! I can't believe there are still so many con artists ruining it for the honest, hardworking professionals, and taking advantage of ppl wanting to start small businesses for the betterment of their and their families lives.

They did my website it work for little than I got problem by website disappear , and I have no answers , I believe this is because I did go with Thier useless social media 300$ of nothing

My business is unique and required a new approach to my advertising needs. Lewis took charge and gave me an excellent result.

Creativos Graphics designed my website from an idea into a working ecommerce site. My account manager Shane Caldera was the glue that pieced it all together for me with weekly calls, changes and updates, texting etc. The site is now live getting great results. I am Happy to report that I have worked with James and now with Lewis and their staff on many different business avenues or events. They are great to work with! They have been very patient and professional and have quality work! I love the website they have made for my business. I hope to continue to work with them.
