We'd really researched for an ethonal fire ,as it's a big commitment.The fire was delivered very quick,easy to put together & very effective...we love it !It's quirky,& we have worked out how much ethonal we need to warm our room.

I am very impressed with our fireplace. It looks amazing and have had so many compliments and people asking where we got it from. It's so cosy in the dark, the flames look real, and we love the colour choices we can change it to. We had great communication, it was a good price, and I would certainly recommend them. We're very happy with it.

Looking for a heater for our lounge, relatives demonstrated their Warnë wall heater. We were ‘sold’ immediately and purchased our ‘fire’. We have owned the ‘fire’ for 14 months and are extremely satisfied with it. Very quiet in operation it puts out heat that is thermostatically controlled. Friends have commented that the ‘fire’ ‘looks great’ and noted its effectiveness in providing warmth.
We would definitely recommend Warnë products. Cheap to run and visually appealing for a very competitive price.

I had a few questions and these guys were so polite and helpful and answered them all. Ordering was super easy and my delivery came really quick. I love it, it looks really good and heats up super fast, there’s lots of options to choose from when changing the flame colour, the background colour etc. I am super happy with my purchase and would highly recommend the products

We love the 'magical' effect of our designer fire. The flames dance much a real fire but without any of the mess or hassle. The fire was super easy to install and has worked faultlessly. The fire came well packaged and arrived promptly with all the necessary instructions for the simple install. We would definitely recommend this product for its exceptional quality and value.

I cant speak highly enough of their products I have a 36" wide flame effect fire inset into fireplace, absolutely fantastic, so many different modes so attractive with 2 heat settings which has been used this winter in between central heating usage, perfect. Amazing products available and I found that also the cheapest product amongst their competitors also very well built product and easy to install. Delivered quickly and on time, would highly recommend

We ordered a beautiful fire from here. Its really rice, exactly what I wanted.
The customer aftercare service was brilliant. I emailed them with a query about a part which wasnt in the box. And they sent the part out straight away. Definitely recommend.

Purchase a fire pod really pleased with it great price and really cosy in the conservatory have the doors opened leading into the kitchen don’t need the radiator on in the kitchen so warm easy to get to if if you have any issues with the company all my friends love it would highly recommend it

Despite a slight delay in our order, the company kept us fully informed and then the fire arrived as when advised. The fire was easy to install and has a great range of settings. It looks great in situ and every visitor comments on how it is a great addition to the room. I would highly recommend the company and their products.

There were a few delays with delivery but I was kept informed and when the product arrived I was very pleased with the quality. Good customer care and great product.

We have had three items from Warme including a firebox. Also we have friends who have purchased items on our recommendation The firebox looks great and works just as we hoped. Our order was delayed for a couple of weeks due to import problems at the port but we were kept well informed throughout and offered the possibility of cancellation if necessary.
The fire has since proved to be an invaluable addition to our media wall, giving adequate background heat when required but even without any heat, a satisfying, cosy glow to the room.
Easy to install.
Perfect size and appearance to complement our tv.
Thoroughly recommended.

Slight issue on unpacking fire (tiny mark)dealt with by a lovely friendly lady no ifs or buts & was sorted to our satisfaction during the phone call how refreshing is that.
Didn't expect the fire to be as good as it is for price we paid we are delighted with it
