We purchased a Venicci Silver Travel System Spark - 3 in 1, after 4 weeks of using it the zip on the bag started to come away, i contacted Designer baby who asked for photos, they replied instantly, to say that a replacement would be sent out immediately,this is excellent customer service, i will definitely use designer baby again.thanks so much

Lovely products and amazing communication from order to delivery! i had an issue with dpd delivering to the wrong address and Anna was amazing pram arrived and absolutely love it! the Venecci package i got is beautiful and the cheapest bundle i had found online. Highly recommend 👏🏻

I was a little bit apprehensive of buying from this shop as I have never heard of it but the price of the pram was too good to pass on. The communication with Anna was absolutely brilliant. The pram came in few days after ordering it and I must say the quality is definitely there! No cheap fakes but actual branded items. The pram came in very well packaged.

I visited this shop for the first time in May 2020 when my twins arrived. I found quality items and cheaper rates than amazon, argos and other shops. She was very gentle and soft spoken that you can't leave the shop without buying something.

My family have been buying products from Designer Baby UK for nearly for 15 years. The service provided is nothing less than Excellent. Anna made me feel at ease when purchasing my cot, buggy,as well as many other products for my first born and I am in love with the collection. She is very polite and helpful and gives great advise. I definitely recommend this shop. I know i will definitely be returning again in the future.

My experience with this store is nothing but excellent. The lady (Anna) is one of the best woman I have ever met. She has a lovely angelic voice, so polite. The store is a store for all what you need for your baby.

Their delivery was appropriate to the time and date they gave have us. I can't but to recommend the store to anyone who is shopping for baby needs. They have it all.
