Terrible! Do not use this company....
They take weeks to ship a simple order having had to chase them multiple times for a tracking number.
When it finally arrives in the UK they sent it to a UPS delivery centre 500 miles from my home so completely bloody useless!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Order no 147478 - we ordered an expensive marble table, paid for it and never received it (since April 2017). No refund as well.
Lady on the infoline is completely clueless, she always promises to check your order, to call back etc. - never happens.
Avoid at all cost.
Ignore their answer, they never refunded me.

We ordered shelves from Designdelicatessen. When they arrived, they turned out to be the wrong colour. We requested an exchange to the colour that was ordered. The company replied at first that they would exchange the shelves, but nothing happened. We sent several emails to the company, but they didn't respond to any of them. We have now sent a formal complaint to EC's Consumer Network.
We would strongly advise anyone to buy their goods elsewhere.
Ordered 3 months ago and still haven't received the product. Horrible customer service. Impossible to get in touch with and still don't have a delivery date.
