I have been using Design Cuts for almost five years. Their design Bundles are great for building a library of fonts and graphics. They are my go-to source for images, overlays, textures, clip art, backgrounds, and other design resources. In all these years I have only had to contact Customer Service twice and both were corrected immediately. Gina, thanks for the last time. I highly recommend Design Cuts.

High quality assets, large quantity of packs to choose from, and great customer service

Design Cuts often present demonstrations by talented artists which are enjoyable to watch and are a great learning experience. They also market classes and digital tools which are available for a lifetime. I have purchased quite a number for Procreate and have been very happy with the quality of all of them.
Their customer service is prompt and friendly, as is the whole team.

Design Cuts is such an amazing team, very helpful generous, very quick to sought out any problems I don't shop anywhere else

Design Cuts has a wide variety of tutorials and webinars in a lot of media arts. There's also help for growing your social media presence. The tutorials are very well presented by artists in specific subjects. Also, their customer service is stellar! They respond quickly to queries and are most helpful.

I have only recently been introduced to Design Cuts by joining one of their events. From my short interaction, I have not only gained knowledge but I've also been introduced to a community, countless resources and to top it all off the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Recently discoverd the Learning Hub, and its replay opportunity, which is really great,

since when watching Kei-Ella, I could not keep up with making notes and actually forgot cause I got hooked to my screen, wished I could record, rewind etc. etc., could hit myself for not having my iPad at hand,

... it was such an amazing session.

I watched and attended quite some events on other platforms around other activities, and this was actually the first time I did not feel like wanting to skip parts and try to go fast forward, cause the session was kept so clean of irrelevant information, and Kei-Ella did an amazing job of calmly telling and showing at the same time ..

So, thanks to all of you for contacting and hosting all these talented artists and teachers on your platform and giving the opportunity to watch these session for free.

Design Cuts has wonderful customer service. When a design pack I purchased wasn't working out quite the way I was expecting, Gina at DC was able to help me with a refund that I applied to another pack I found to be more helpful. Her responses were timely, friendly, and helpful.

I was searching the internet for some image frames and stumbled across Design Cuts. I never heard of this company before and had a few questions regarding the nice products I found and was interested in so I reached out to their customer support and was surprised by their very fast and professional reply. Gina, the customer support lady answered all my questions in very detail and send me helpful further information. This is by far the best customer support I have received since decades and I highly recommend this company for their awesome products and of course also the top notch customer support.

Design Cuts is a superb company that sells incredible artistic/graphic products at a fair price. I have dealt with Gina, the customer support manager, for many years.
