Very positive experience with DC
Very positive experience with DC. I'd suggest having a strong idea or a concept in mind if designing a logo and keep your brief as specific as possible. Give feedback on designs that interest you. I found the designers in general very responsive and the designer I chose (Bini) was exceptional in communicating and responding to my requests.
It turned out to be very much a working collaboration and an enjoyable creative process. Admin support are very helpful and responsive also and the interface is simple to use.

The only thing i have requested and strongly recommend for a change is allow us as users to send images in the project update are and not have to call tech support to handle the process.... it is VERY inconvenient and frankly slows down and hurts project because i find trying to use words instead of a simple upload to make the points needed for project detail. PLEASE MAKE THIS CHANGE.
