The team at DesignCrowd are excellent communicators. They follow up on requests to ensure clients and designers complete outstanding action. Their platform tracks and displays these actions clearly and has save me time and money to achieve excellent results.

Easy to navigate, great response time with designers, projects run smoothly.

I posted a brief, paid my money and then needed help when I could not update the brief and load a new attachment. The files load 90% and then freezes.
I have since sent emails to their support team and no one responds.
It is also interesting that there is no way of cancelling a project and getting ones money back.
If they do not respond to this complaint I intend to take this further.

heaps of amazing logo designs were put forward, I found it really hard to decide

I really enjoyed working with DesignCrowd!! Much better than employing a logo design consultant and being stuck to one Design Style. Using DesignCrowd I had over 50 talented designers and over 100 designs competting for selection. My final choice 'tanjil........' was amazing and chalenged what I expected. Highly recommended. I was supported by Jeremiah service consultant from DesignCrowd and was supported all the way!!!

I totally regret investing any money into a web design I was looking for from the designers on this website. For several hundred dollars, I will be forced to pay for a design that does not comply with the contract agreed to by Design Crowd and I. The last term I read that made me decide to try Design Crowd was that the staff would make sure that everyone walks away with a design with which they are happy. However, the staff obviously couldn't care any less and are more concerned with the five minutes these "designers" have put into the "designs" someone else made (they are templates) than the people who are looking for quality product and are funding the company. I really regret ever thinking this company was capable of providing satisfaction guaranteed.

The vendor requested more information so here it is: I created a project with guaranteed payment for the designer. I have yet to find any design that has been more than just a screen or two of minimal content with much more being the standard text or "content" the template already comes with. I can do the same thing in less than 1/2 hour. Even though there are a good amount of designs submitted, they all were incomplete and sent with the template language on them. In some cases, especially most recently, my brief wasn't even read. This means I will have to finish the project even though I paid for another person to do it.

I've had used agasint me the fact that I chose guaranteed payment against me instead of looking at it like I was trying to be fair to the designers by making sure they knew at least one of them would be compensated. I wish I hadn't chosen that option since it will obviously end up badly for me but will end up great for some "designer" who put in very minimal, if any, time and creative effort. I will have to spend the time to finish the website, as it is described in the brief, after paying $350 for a screen or two of standard template content or content that has nothing to do with my business since the designer didn't even read the brief, which has nothing to do with my business.

So, I will be forced to pay for something I don't want and I could have done it on my own when all over Design Crowd's website there are claims that regardless of what we pay or what add-ons we choose, the staff will make sure that the client is happy and gets a design they feel comfortable paying for. That was the term that was what made me comfortable investing the money I have in Design Crowd's website and guaranteeing the monetary award to the winning design. However, the staff has been less than interested in my satisfaction and has no empathy in the fact that their website promotes poor quality of design with the unwavering, rigid carelessness of whether those who pay their hard-earned money are getting quality products for their money.
