Avoid this site at all costs. My items arrived and were too big asked if I could exchange for a smaller size or a full refund. Told this wasn't possible and would offer me a £4 refund on items worth £20 as a good will gesture which is actually an insult. Wish I had read reviews on trust pilot before purchasing. The reviews on their site were all good not sure who has purchased from them but lesson learned. I did write a review on the site but needless to say it was removed. Only awarded 1 star as 0 wasn't available.

I bought three tummy control tops white black and pink from designatem and can't send them back they are too big. So so annoyed I am a 71 year old pensioner £29.60 is a lot of money and I can't return them!!!!!!!!!!

They advertise on Facebook. These reviews should be out on there, as not everyone reads reviews .

Wow , waited a month for goods to come ( hide belly shorts) the sizing is so so wrong I actually thought they was kids , they are like a scam ask for a refund they tell me £4 never ever again will I do on line shopping

After waiting around 3 months for the item the material is rubbish & definitely not true to size!! Do not waste your money.

Not even a 1 should be a minus 1000. Total scammers. Selling items that are not as advertised. Do not buy from!! You will not get proper item ordered and you’ll not be able to get a refund as return will be to china!! PayPal useless in the process. Seriously do not buy from. Disgusted Chinese allowed to scam people left right and centre!! A total and utter joke

Good are not as advertised, customer service is all through live chat and they never respond. Offered £3 compensation on a £22 purchase even though the item is 2 sizes smaller than advertised. Stay clear, and also, it isn’t UK as you are made to believe and take ages to arrive

Wish I had read this first ordered tummy control shorts they were awful no tummy control at all, very thin material, and the sizing was not what they said, will never order anything like this online
again nothing like the advert have not had any response took ages trying to find a way to get in touch with them

If I could give less than 1* I would.
Bought denim shorts in the recommended size and were too small, looked liked they'd been worn and washed as tag was unreadable. Contacted the company to be passed onto the company they buy them from. Said they won't accept returns and told me to gift them on. I'm absolutely fuming. Wished I read these comments before I bought. Total rip off as they were not cheap

Avoid this Company. Ordered two pairs of their "Tummy Control" shorts in dark wash and light wash. Waited weeks for them to arrive and then the "Tummy Control" is invisible, non existent. The material is thin, cheap and would not survive a washing machine. There are faults on the back of one pair where there is no stitching. I have emailed them photos and the return address is a warehouse in Leicestershire. The sizing is awful too. Comes up small. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Received tummy control shorts after waiting over 4 weeks to receive. They are now tummy control. They are at least 2 sized to small and the fabric is cheap and horrible. Have sent an email on how to return but after reading reviews for this company I don't hold out much hope. Unfortunately I had also ordered some artificial flowers for hanging baskets which looked amazing on their site about 8 weeks ago which have not arrived. Sent email but reply was they would pass onto transit !! AVOID THIS COMPANY FROM CHINA CHEAP AND HORRIBLE PRODUCTS WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THATS £50 OF MY HARD EARNED CASH DOWN THE DRAIN.

If I could have pressed zero stars I would. Nothing like the picture or description. Very short shorts and tiny sizing. Total waste of 20 pounds.

The Shorts I ordered the sizing is very small so they do not fit and are poor quality. There is no tummy control as described. Return address is CHINA - unable to return them as the shipping costs are too much. Obviously not a UK based company as you might think!. Wish I looked at the reviews before ordering from them.

I wish I had looked here first. The sizes are US but it didn’t tell you that. So a size 18 in the tummy control Jean shorts are actually a 14. They offered £2 compensation for an item that was £19.99. I’m tempted to get back to the social media page and resell them to someone in the Uk, but the quality is poor and I don’t think I could rip someone off like they have me.

Actually 0 stars. Ordered denim shorts not as advertised far too small.i have tried to contact Designatem impossible. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money buying anything from this company.

Item took weeks to arrive and the shorts are nothing like what was advertised. Hardly any stretch, cheap material. I am so disappointed so would not recommend this product.

Ordered shorts. At least 3 sizes 2 small. Nothing like shorts in advert. Cheap material. Tried to return and was told to give them to someone else and they could offer £2 back.
Shorts were £19.99 meant to be reduced from a lot more. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered a pair of trousers and after 5 mins decided to cancel . They wouldnt let me cancel and made me wait for them . In the meantime I lodged a complaint with PayPal and was told to wait for them . When they arrived they are the cheapest material . I went back to PayPal and they had closed the complaint and said it can’t be reopened … PLEASE do not buy from them . They they won’t do anything now after loads of emails. I am a pensioner so £18 wasted . don’t buy don’t buy don’t buy

Typical Chinese rubbish. Someone is making a fortune from this dodgy company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Cheap goods and no hope of a refund.
