I was looking for a website company that are honest, reliable, and ready to transform our childrenswear website into something stylish yet easy and quick to navigate. I met Ross first and we instantly clicked. Jason and Ross are a really lovely duo and they have brought our vision to life. The website is up and rolling and we love it. I was looking for a company to transform my recruitment website and started the search on google. I contacted D33 and was very quickly impressed by the time they took to understand my business and what I was looking for. Ross, Jason and their extended team made sure everything looked as it should and were really honest about what was and what wasn't achievable. A couple of years ago, we set about planning a new web site for our organisation. We approached a number of web designers and spent time with them all, listening to their suggestions and then considering their quotations. We decided to go with Ross and Jason of Design33 because their presentation was thorough and exhaustive but also clear and fully comprehensive; because they are both friendly and approachable and are able to explain, sometimes quite technical concepts, in plain English; and because they represent good value for money.
They set up our site and arranged the transfer of information from the old site in a timely and efficient manner and without interfering with the operation of our organisation during the process. We are very happy with the appearance and the operation of our new site, both from our point-of-view as we work with the site, and from our 'customers', as they visit and navigate through it.
Design33 continue to work with us in the management and maintenance of our site and are always on hand to answer queries, sort problems and make any necessary adjustments.

We commissioned the team at Design 33 to design and build our new site in the spring. Ross, Jason and Danny undertook this with great enthusiasm. The site was up and running in the agreed timescale and the aftercare has been fantastic. All in all a first class company to deal with.

The team at Design33 were extremely helpful in making upgrades to our website. In addition to assisting us with migrating to a better server, they met with us and a gave a thorough overview of where improvements could be made.

They invited our staff member who primarily works with our website over to their premises for training on WordPress which was greatly appreciated. This exercise has enabled us to retain knowledge on how to maintain our website.

I have been with Ross and Jason at D33 for nearly 5 years, after a third party pass on to their former tutor who after a lengthy chat said he knew two likely lads that would be able to help. Couple phone calls and a 5 hour drive later upto Leith for a face to face meeting to discuss my mad plans..... and the rest is history.... or rather it is not..... as D33 recently upgraded my entire eCommerce platform, now host it and have been on hand to answer all of my many many questions.
