Chaotic experience and very disappointing
We ordered a lamp from Gubi "Gräshoppa" about a month ago. It was then shortly after delivered in the wrong colour so that we had it get picked up again. Contacting this store is such a chaos. We called about 30 times (no exaggeration) until someone picked up.
They then promised us that the right lamp in the correct colour would be soon delivered and explained to us, that many orders had been mixed up... today, after we had been told it would arrive last week... the lamp came (we didn't receive the right dHL Sendungsnummer, so had no idea it was actually on its way) in the correct colour, but with damage!!! For such a high price you can expect perfect quality. Very disappointing. Never again. NO RECOMMENDATION... let's see how we can contact them now for the return...
