I was helped by a young gentleman when I walked in. Very helpful. He then walked me to the manager who assisted me to clear up an issue I wasn't even aware of. She then opened an account for me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Glad I chose Desert Financial.

No limit on transfers, I like that!
Our customer service girl was friendly, and she was able to handle my husband's corny one-liners. Therefore it made our transaction process a little less of a chore, and added some extra fun.

Seamless and professional from the beginning to the end. I dealt solely with one person and the process was very simple and easy going. JR was a blessing to work with. He explained everything in simple understandable terms, he was patient, answered all my questions and made this process so much easier for me.
