Cannot hang picture
Cannot hang picture. Frame was not securely nailed or fastened together properly. Every time I try to hang the picture. The frame separates from the print. I even tried taping it together. Still doesn’t work. Useless. It now been sitting on my floor for a couple weeks. Will not be using your framing services again, which is a shame.

Great quality prints and frames
In ordered a series of Van Hough prints. They are gorgeous. Beautiful colours and qualities excellent. I also ordered the light wood frames. Great quality. Like the plexiglass rather than glass. You can’t tell the difference.

Good customer service.
Good website, good selection and easy to order. But the most important thing to me is good customer service. I purchased a print with the framing service. When I received it, I noticed it was damaged. I contacted customer service online and received an acknowledgment that they had a high demand and would get back to me. I did not hear back for two weeks, so I called Customer Service. Olga
was very helpful and sent me a replacement print.

I ordered three prints from the same…
I ordered three prints from the same artist and one from another. 2/3 and the one, had a printed matte on the edges, although I chose the full size. I’m not sure why this happened but they were supposed to be a series so it’s too bad.

Amazing Customer Service and Fast Delivery
I had an amazing experience ordering from Desenio. I have placed 3 orders and all arrived very quickly and the quality of the prints were great. I have also previously contacted their customer service regarding an issue with my address and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue, as I received a response within a day. Would HIGHLY recommend Desenio and will definitely be ordering from them again.
