They do not honour their return policy

Hi, this company has 1,872 Trustpilot reviews on its Facebook ads, when I checked Trustpilot it’s not listed. I have contacted this company on every email and contact us facility including texting owners mobile number ( listed on Facebook) the company have not responded. I have spent two weeks trying to contact them. They offer a 30 day return period but you have to email to get a return accepted. I purchased some leopard print trainers which I liked but did not fit. I would like to return but the company are not following through. I do not recommend this company.
