I had an amazing experience with my skin therapist, Anmol, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, she did a thorough and thoughtful skin consultation where she really took the time to understand my skin concerns and goals. She created a personalized skin plan for me that included HydraFacial, microneedling, and mesotherapy, and I felt completely confident in her expertise every step of the way.

Anmol is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and professional, and she explains everything so clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The treatments were done with such precision and care, and I’m already very satisfied with the results and the overall experience. I have been getting full body laser hair removal. I have now had 6 sessions completed. The best results ever. I have had the best experience. This place really know what they are doing. It went EXACTLY as advised. I now have purchased another 3. Also am starting a skin plan. They have so many treatments to choose from. Also, the place is super cool, looks luxury from top to bottom. My friend referred me to Anmol, who was very sweet and helpful in trying to find a time that worked for me. I have a demanding job,so scheduling can be a bit challenging. We eventually arranged a time, but unfortunately, the day before my appointment, I was called into an urgent meeting with a major client and had to cancel.
I tried calling, left a voicemail, and submitted a message via your website to inform you that I wouldn’t be able to attend. Eventually, I got through to someone on the phone to apologize and explain the situation. However, the response I received was disappointing — it was simply “Oh… okay,” with a lot of attitude from another female employee- followed by silence, which left me feeling uncomfortable and slightly guilty, as if I’d done something wrong.

Still, I asked to reschedule and was told the next available appointment wouldn’t be for another three months. Though it seemed like a long wait, I accepted it and noted the new date. As the new appointment approached, I messaged Anmol to confirm whether it was at 15:00 or 16:00, as I had forgotten — and was hoping for a reminder SMS.
To my surprise, Anmol replied that according to their system, I had cancelled the appointment via email. I assured her that I had not sent any email cancellation. She then consulted a colleague who insisted that I had canceled by email. I politely reiterated that I was certain no such email was sent, as writing and sending one would have taken time I simply didn’t spend. Very disappointing.

Furthermore, when I tried to rebook, I was only offered morning time slots, which are incompatible with my work schedule. I asked for weekends, but got no response. It started to feel as though little effort was being made to accommodate my situation.
Ultimately, I decided to give up on trying to rebook. I paid 1,200 DKK in December, and I was left with the impression that once a customer has prepaid, their satisfaction is no longer a priority.
The attitude I encountered over the phone at one point even made me question whether I should return at all.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to make a pre-payment to this clinic. I will never my 1200 DKK back !

Recently, I have moved over from Australia. I had been using a regular clinic for the last 10 years so I was skeptical to try someone new. From the moment I stepped in the clinic was greeted with relaxing music and smiling staff. I must say it was one of the cleanest and spacious clinics I've visited. Everything was in order and it was such a relaxing and calm atmosphere I felt like sleeping on the sofas at reception.

I had a skin consultation by a therapist called Anmol. She was brilliant. She not only told me what I need, but gave me a detailed explanation of WHY! It just made so much more sense. In addition to a detailed skin analysis they use this machine that shows my skin under different lights. There is a report that is generated and they use it to understand my skin concerns. Also they use it as a comparative tool to show me progression.

I am now on a skin plan and have had 3 treatment and the results are so impressive.

I have a strict skin care routine for home usage focusing on ingredients my skin requires.

I cant wait for my next skin analysis to see my results. I am so excite.

I have been going to several clinics over the last few years for acne related issues. I came across Derma Solution as a friend recommended it. They offered me a skin analysis using a special device and generate report. They crafted a customized skin plan and advise it would tackle the root issues that would provide me with a sustainable preventative approach to my issues. Furthermore, treatments were recommend for a correction of existing problem. I never saw skin as proactive. I always just tried to fix the issues that I could see.

I am now more aware of how my skin works and what I need to do to keep it that way without spending to much money and time on treatments/ clinic visits.

My skin has never felt so hydrated and oil free. The only thing I’m left with is light marks from previous acne that is also disappearing slowly.

I have full confidence in the team at Derma Solution and would recommend them to everyone. I can now go to work without makeup.

I Got microneedling treatment here and very much satasfide with it

I have recently had a Cosmelan treatment done at Derma Solution. They have been incredibly helpful at explaining the skin concern I have any why cosmelan would be a better treatment for me than traditional laser ill therapy. I have just had my treatment and feel in super safe hands. It’s been a week and I can already see my tough pigmentation being removed. It’s taken me 15 years to find a solution and I couldn’t be any happier. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who has skin concerns. Looking forward to my follow up appointments.

I cannot recommend Dermasolution enough. I have been receiving facial treatments at the clinic for over a year now and I am continually impressed.
