Joint Support Max
Before using the joint support max, I was getting very frustrated when training as my right knee was hurting. This was preventing me giving 100% when exercising. I have now been taking this supplement for 5 months and training is brilliant with no knee problems.
The customer service team have been brilliant and arranged express delivery when I forget to order and was running low.

Joint support is just brilliant
Used to have body shotz but now have joint support drink for the last month and it is brilliant so much easier to just have a shot in the little cap that comes with it. My knees feel so much better since i have been taking body shotz and now the joint support drink , i have arthritis and I won’t be without this now. Excellent thank you

Checked with Royal mail and it's still with them.
So I ordered it on the 3rd of April Royal mail received it on the 4th April. As I write this experience its the 10th April.

Please be assured that we rectify all missing deliveries by sending out immediate replacements once we are sure there is a delivery problem.
We send all of our orders to our customers using Royal Mail's 2nd class Signed For service. This enables us to offer a free delivery service to our customers and for us to keep our product prices as low as we possibly can.
Our orders usually arrive with our customer within 2/3 working days. However, on occasion, we do experience orders that take longer than this and go missing. We do not receive confirmation from Royal Mail when orders are delivered, or if there is a delivery problem, so we do rely on our customer's to tell us when orders haven't arrived.
When our customers email us to notify us that their order hasn't arrived, our first step is to check the status of the delivery with Royal Mail and to provide the customer with their tracking reference so that they are also able to check. Taking into account weekends and Bank Holidays etc, we allow up to 5 working days for orders to be delivered, before taking action.
This was the email that we sent to you on 8th April. Since we have received no further emails from you, we assumed that your order had been delivered
If a customer still hasn't received their order after this time, they usually notify us and we despatch an immediate replacement order.
We will despatch a replacement order to you today, and we will provide the new tracking reference to you ASAP.
Many apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.

Moved over from the Dermshotz to the collagen joint support max supplement and the vitamin supplement AND I AM SO PLEASED. My body is a lot less achy after training, my skin is the clearest it has ever been and I feel so much more energised during the day. LOVE LOVE LOVE the product. Tastes so much better too!

Best medicine…
Just recently started taking the multivitamin and the collagen shots, both absolutely amazing! Best medicine :) feeling so much better, lots more energy and my hair and nails love the collagen! My husband is taking the joint liquid and has really noticed an improvement. Thank you 😊

How glad am I that these are back in stock! I didn’t realise how much I would miss them. These really are the best collagen drink going. Customer service kept me informed about my delivery, not ideal to not have my sachets but these things happen and as soon as they could get a delivery to me they did. Thank you for keeping me informed about the delay and my orders! I’ve got my delivery which is fantastic.

Product good. Communication terrible.
Produce is great and really made a difference. Sadly went out of stock for several months with no customer information provided and was left without a product with no understanding of why it was not delivered. Had to chase communication.
