I love DermaQuest products and I bought…

I love DermaQuest products and I bought them in the past but through different distributor. I moved to the UK and found them online. They look like a legitimate company so I decide to order a sun cream which I had before + face serum.
When the package came I couldn't believe that this is it. The package was rumpled and the cosmetic packaging was crumpled. No free samples. I expected a bit more for paying £120. But the main disappointment was when I opened a sun cream. On the cream's tube was a sticker with a new expiry date which covers the old one - and guess what? The one on the tube showed that cream past the expiration date. I reach out the company through the email but there wasn't response so I called their customer service and they said that it is a normal procedure and creams can last longer so they change expiry dates! Seriously?! I wonder if producer knows about it... I asked them to send me a new cream but it required a couple of calls and a lot of nerves. And guess what? This time a got a fresh cream with long lasting date...
I advise to AVOID this company as in my opinion they cheat customers and want to earn money on this.
For the company information: using expired sun cream might cause skin damages and burns. Selling intentionally expired sun cream is not okay and it might impact people's health

3D Stem Cell Complex

Bought 3D Stem Cell Complex, very expensive (£200 plus), not worth it, the cream doesn’t do anything in particular to the skin, with the same results could’ve used a £15 cream, container finishes so quickly too. I am a regular for facials at renowned salons. Won’t buy it again.

no order or refund received

Made an order for £69, it was apparently delivered and signed for by someone called "hearts", I was home all day but no delivery arrived. I called dermaquest several times and spoke to 2 representatives who said they would look into it, I never heard back, I emailed several times as well. Never received a refund or my order. NEVER AGAIN

Don’t bother shopping here

Update:
Lisa has phoned me back to advise Parcel Force have tried to deliver twice and the order is now waiting at the depot for collection. There have been no attempted deliveries, no emails/texts/cards left. She told me to Pick it up with Parcel Force as once it leaves them it should be delivered. She also advised I now need to go to the depot for pick up and provided no details. I had to ask for Lisa to email me a consignment or reference number and the address of the depot my order is at. 0 customer service.

Original:
I placed my order 12 days ago, heard nothing so 2 days ago submitted an enquiry to chase on their website, still heard nothing so phoned today. They couldn’t find my order with Parcel Force so then checked the system to see the item was out of stock so “you would have been emailed” and the order was cancelled - no apology. I received no such email, I have been checking my inbox and junk folder all week so asked for this to be resent. I really wouldn’t bother shopping here, no service and a waste of time.
