i have always had great experiences with Derma Medical. the staff are friendly, welcoming and informative. the doctors have all had a wonderful bedside manner, been extremely professional and candid. I have recently had to change an appointment and this was done promptly and will no penalties by the admin staff. I was in contact with Ronalyn, who kindly rescheculed my appointment without any issues. I would highly recommend DM to anyone wanting any aesthetic procedures done or to attend courses with them.

I have just had a few treatments recently from Derma Medical and the bookings done have run seamlessly thanks to Ronalyn and Leah, along with a bonus treatment that I didn't expect but was pleasantly surprised about. Leah accommodated my change of appointment a few weeks ago that helped me enormously. The trainers who oversee the treatments have put me at ease and have made the experience run smoothly and have been there to direct the students as required. The students are not your run of the mill trainee beauticians studying Aesthetics and I have had confidence in them administering injections and so forth. I will not hesitate to come again.

Derma medical are an outstanding group. I unfortunately woke up with a cold sore this morning so I couldn't fulfil my scheduled lip enhancing appointment. Ronalyn was so understanding & sympathetic with my situation. What great customer service she gave me. I would give her 10 stars if possible. Such a lovely, caring lady. Rebooked me in with no hesitation. Thankyou so much Ronalyn. Your a STAR🌟

The team here are absolutely amazing, they explain every process of the procedure from A-Z answer all questions use the best on the market filler type and really care about the results - the results on another hand ae even better - Ronalyn and Jess are amazing she is fast at responding via email and confirming appointments answering questions - the best, truly!
