Trainers are amazing and so knowledgeable but I booked the advanced course and did not get to practice most of what the course taught due to no models so I feel it was a waste of money. I also did not get to do all lip techniques so I do not feel comfortable to carry those out either.

Very good explanation and good hands on practice. I now feel confident in doing the treatments on clients.

The clinic has a very welcoming feel and the staff and trainees are so lovely. Very knowledgeable throughout the treatment and gave me excellent aftercare advice.

Enjoyed it and learnt a lot

I attended the 5 day skin rejuvenation course and it was brilliant. All the trainers were excellent at delivering the training, and were knowledgable about all the treatments and aspects of aesthetic practice. I feel confident to offer the treatments and manage any potential complications.

Great training for less money than the US to learn injectables and fillers and you get hands-on experience with multiple patients for the whole afternoon on 2 days.

What a great place to train, highly recommended training course. Perfectly delivered and practicing was outstanding. Will definitely be taking further training with derma institute

I found the Advanced Botox and Fillers 3-Day Course extremely valuable, particularly as I was completely new to the field. The trainers were highly experienced, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the course. The hands-on practical sessions were especially beneficial, helping to reinforce and consolidate the theoretical knowledge covered during the training.

I had the opportunity to practice on several clients. The mentots were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I recently completed the Combined Foundation and Advanced Course with Derma Institute (London), as well as the online Complications Management course, and I have been very impressed with the overall quality of the training.
The course content was well structured, comprehensive, and highly relevant, with a good balance between theory and practical application. The hands-on training included a reasonably good number of cases, which made the practical element valuable and confidence-building.
The trainers were caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout, creating a positive learning environment. The administrative support was also very good, with clear communication and helpful organisation before and during the course.

Overall, I found the training to be high quality and professionally delivered.

I never write reviews, but I am so disappointed by my experience with the Derma Institute that I felt I had to warn others.

I am writing from the USA, where I was signed up for their 3-day combined Level I & II Botox and Filler training in Chicago at the beginning of May. Booking the course was a breeze - I worked with Susan via Whatsapp who answered all of my questions and promptly sent over the course materials.

I live in Michigan, so I had arranged a flight and hotel to arrive on Friday May 1 for the course. Friday 5/1 at 11:08 AM I received a phone call from Gary at the Derma Institute who stated that the course had been cancelled due to a last minute instructor emergency due to the instructor being sick and the backup instructor being out of the country. I was surprised, but I also understand emergencies happen. I spent the next few hours (all while in clinic) trying to reschedule my flight and my hotel to avoid being charged any fees. The Derma Institute promptly rebooked my training for the weekend of May 16 and graciously refunded a portion of the training cost for the inconvenience.

Come Thursday May14, I received another call from the Derma Institute saying that my course had been cancelled yet again. This time they did not give a reason. I proceeded to spend the rest of the afternoon trying to cancel my flight and hotel - both of which were unable to be cancelled without a fee since it was 24 hours from departure/check-in. I reached out to Susan multiple times via Whatsapp, and she never responded. I inquired as to why the course was cancelled and was never given a reason. Eventually the Derma Institute provided me with a full refund.

With all the great reviews, I am truly surprised by the experience I had with the Derma Institute and would not recommend trying to book a training course with them.

The course was very informative, well organized, and provided valuable hands-on training. A special thank you to Leslie, our instructor, who was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and took the time to answer every question thoroughly. Her teaching style made the learning experience enjoyable and helped build confidence in performing aesthetic procedures.
The practical training was excellent, and I left feeling much more comfortable with advanced Botox and filler techniques.

I had a really great experience. The Trainers and staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease, whilst teaching was a really high standard. Group sizes were small for the practicals and the trainers explained treatments well. Thank you for a great weekend!
