The light i purchased does not charge…
The light i purchased does not charge or turn on. Since i first took it out of the box. I have called 3 times and sent an email but have not heard anything back. I would like to return the light and get one that works. I bought it for my wife for her birthday and its very embarrassing to buy a gift that doent work. Id gladly update my review if i got customer service to assit me.

I would give 0 stars but it isn't possible. They list products on their website for the wrong price, then refuse to send the actual products which is technically illegal. I'm still waiting for this to be resolved but it doesn't look hopeful!

Costumer service does not respond when you have an issue
In this particular shop experience I have had a bad experience. I bought 3 TRUEFITT & HILL shaving creams and one of them was notoriously used.
I want to return the item, however, the system does not generate an automatic label, I wrote an email with pictures which has not been replied, I call to their phone number and there is only an automatic record. So there is no manner to contact them if a product fails.
Unfortunately, you know the brands when there is a problem and in this case it has not been a good shopping experience for their costumer service
