Just bought one and definetely not worth the price. I almost never return things I order, but this time it had to be. Clearly low quality and not a fine product.. It does not have the structure and the stitching and metals are poor quality. Plus they charge for shipping AND returning (clearly not trusting their own product!). And you have to print the label. Overall, I lost 10euros . Oh well, living and learning.

I love it and use it as my every-day-bag!

Ive bought two bags already and I’m in love!

I bought a laptop bag for my daughter and all appeared well until I got a message from the courier stating “lost in transit”. Despite contacting customer service via email twice no acknowledgment or reply.
DO NOT USE as they have no customer support and I am out of pocket

I love the bag, looks very stylish in a very relaxed way. I chose the green colour and I love it. The finishings are of quality, so I think the bag is better than it looks in the web.

This is my second Deren Rice bag. The first one was a smaller model in orange. I loved it so much that I decided to go for a new one, and I love it just as much!

I did encounter a delivery issue, but the customer service I received was exceptional. A representative from Deren Rice, Paula, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me until I finally received my bag.

Despite not so many reviews online and my fear of getting something with bad quality, I ordered the bag. Because I just fell in love with it!
I received it pretty quickly (from Spain to France), it took me just a couple of days.
It looks pretty! Everything I wanted.
So, I definately recommend it!

When I received it, I realised the stitches to where the strap goes are loosen. I can't use it, because it can't hold any weight if the strap isn't able to last long. I emailed customer service, no respond. It is not like the reviews here said that they would respond within 24 hours, no. I indeed emailed them before shipment arrived because it took longer than expected, and of course didn't get a reply even after 4 days. Nobody ever respond, so don't trust this company. Moreover, this bag is made in China, not handcrafted in Spain. Paying for such price, it's totally NOT worth it. Bad quality of goods. No after-sale service, and there is no return for UK (or non-EU) customers. Ridiculous.
