DO NOT BUY FROM DEPWAY!

The quality of the merchandise is nothing like they photograph it to be. The fabric is poor quality. The customer service is TERRIBLE. After my return sat in customs in China for nearly three months, DEPWAY refused to pick up my package. I was assured that my money would be refunded upon their receipt of the items. I was never told they would refuse to even acknowledge my package. This is a poor excuse for a company. Never buy anything from them!

Absolutely awful, unacceptable customer service. Have not been able to return merchandise that I ordered from them. The customer service department allows you to email....will NOT provide you a return address, does not speak english and asks you to take pictures of the merchandise you are returning, are you kidding! NO. I don't have to defend why I don't want or like the items, JUST honor your 30 day refund policy like its says on your sight. HATE, will not use again, so MAD.

I saw their ad through Facebook. What an awful experience . Firstly the 2 items of clothing took ages to arrive and then they were NOTHING like the photos..2 tops~~ horrible material and really poor quality. Returning the items not an option . they charge more to return them then what the actual items are worth. It's a rip- off .Please don't waste your money.. it's a scam company taking your money..MY money .

PLEASE everyone don’t order anything from this website. They are professional scammers. Stay away.

ONLINE SCAM. This company is doing false advertising. The reviews are 100% accurate. The clothes are unwearable, worse quality you can ever imagine. They don't offer refund and don't let you return the items unless you pay a shipping they say it costs at least 4 times the price of your purchase. Even if you insist in returning the item, they don't give you the label or price for the return. The best thing you can get is a $5 dollars refund. DO NOT BUY from Depway!!

Literally the worst online shopping experience ever. This company should be shut down for false advertising, Unfortunately I read reviews after I ordered. The reviews are 100% accurate. The clothes are unwearable they are such bad quality. Out of the 3 items I ordered there was not a single piece that matched the pictures in Facebook ads.

Took almost two months to receive item. Nothing like picture. They need to be shut down for ripping people off. Scam! Stay away.

Wish I could rate a zero! My top FINALLY arrived today and i knew it was gonna be awful based on all the bad reviews I read AFTER I purchased! It looks NOTHING like the Instagram photo! They steal pics from other people's fashion pages. I should have known better....@#$* China!

Absolutely terrible. None of the items are they way they are pictured on the site. Their return policy makes no sense because whoever wrote it does not have an advanced comprehension of the english language, and their customer service reps do not either. I have a chain of 10+ emails trying to figure out how to return the crap they sold me and they continue playing games telling me it will cost up to $60 to return and to try selling them myself or gifting them to a friend and they'll refund me $16 if I opt to not return....it's extremely strange. After all of this, they still have not provided the return address. I feel so dumb for falling for this scam.

Really cheap clothes. They look so cute on the website, but are cheap and poor quality in reality. I wish I would have read the other reviews before ordering. Complete waste of money.

If I could give zero stars to this scammy company I would have. No delivery date estimate to begin with, when you finally do get your order you actually wished you never had gotten it in the first place. Bad quality, ill fitting clothes and even worse customer service if you try to return any items.
They will ask for pictures as a proof of bad quality- absolutely unheard of.

Their stuff may look cute on Instagram but in reality it's just cheap s**t from China- beware, this company is a SCAM!

As you can see from the comments below..HORRIBLE. I don't even know how this is allowed.

1. Fake clothes - They rip off pictures from popular fashion bloggers and recreate the clothes. Quality is equivalent to table clothes..table clothes from the dollar store.

2. Return Policy - Does not exist. I spent a lot of money with them (couple of hundreds i'm talking about), thinking I could return it (based off their return policy) and now i'm stuck with terrible clothes and out the money.

3. Creepy AF - They wanted me to send pictures of myself, to them, to show the clothes didn't fit. Yeahhh...no thanks.

The Lesson: DO NOT buy from advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, Pintrest, etc.

I don’t even want to give them one star, that should tell you something!!
I placed an order on Aug 8th for “one” item. My $$ was take immediately so I assumed the product was shipping. After not seeing or hearing Anything from them for two weeks I emailed & was told my “items” were in hot demand & would ship when they could be pulled together. Remember I only ordered “ONE” item!!
When I emailed them again to cxl my order as things seemed very fishy they replied they couldn’t do that and my order was shipping out next!!
They sent a ‘tracking’ # which I couldn’t even track & when I finally could found out it was shipping from China!! My last track was on Aug 24th still in China.......

I saw the ad on FB and told them it was a scam. Haven’t seen it on my feed since.

It's like a broken record but it's absolutely true. I was fooled and bought a bunch of dresses and not only were they NOTHING like the pictures, the material was TERRIBLY CHEAP, one was stained, one smelled like chemicals and one was ripped. Their return policy is laughable since you have to PAY RETURN to Hong Kong which is $60 and that is if they will even get back to you with an address. I should have been smarter and wish I had read this website before spending my hard earned money. Super disappointed.

THE ONLY RECOURSE IS TO COMPLAIN TO PAYPAL. IF enough of us do it, they might block them as a user. OR refund your money.

First of all it took 27 days for my order to get to me when it was promised in 14! And then one of my orders had a whole in it. They offered me a $5 refund, a coupon for next time I ordered, and told me to just “sew it” HORRIBLE.😡 another dress I ordered looked nothing like the picture... so not order from here it is horrible!!!!

I ordered an outfit and there was an entire tassel missing. There was no receipt or anyway to return or exchange my outfit! There is also no contact number. It also took way longer than it said for my purchase to arrive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Echoing all of the reviews below-- ordered a jumpsuit through an ad I saw on instagram. When the jumpsuit came, it was literally HIGHLIGHTER blue (nothing like what the picture online was like) and ripping at the seams already. The material was so cheap and there were little threads coming off everywhere. I emailed their customer service and requested a refund and she told me to "use my scissors to cut the threads and they would give a discount next time."

Horrible experience, wish there was some way to get this company off instagram.

I saw an ad on Instagram and thought their clothes were cute. However, when I ordered a decent bit of clothing and not one piece resembled what it did on the website. So cheap, asymmetrical straps on one dress, sizing was horrible, and it too 2+ weeks to arrive when it stays 5-7 business days I believe. I wanted to return these items and Jessica, a depway customer service employee I’m assuming, explained I needed to send in a photo with a ruler on top of the various pieces of clothing to prove that sizing was an issue. We have been going back for several days and she has now stop responding. Never ever order from this site.

Scam !! Will not work with you on returns . I ordered a dress and the mussurement was not correct. I ask for return and they wanted me to send in a picture of myself in the dress that I could not even button up. Very frustrating!!!! will never order from this place again .

Horrible!! I ordered a jumpsuit which came with no drawstring and so cheaply made!!! This is a scam and I did not receive what I was offered. I have put numerous bad reviews on their site and they seem to disappear!!! Hmmmmm
