Dependable Movers LLC... Total SCAM!!! They are NOT movers but scam artists. They took our deposit and guaranteed the move of a Hot Tub was included. I have a VM stating the Hot Tub was guaranteed they even had a specialized truck. When the actual moving company (not Depsndable Movers but a 3rd party) finally showed up 3 1/2 hours late they refused to look at the contracted inventory list or move the Hot Tub and quoted us 3x the amount of "the move" just for pickup. While the movers were onsite, we called Trevor (our salesman) who put me in touch with Tori the Operations Manager at Dependable Movers. While on the phone with Tori, the onsite mover said they would NOT move the Hot Tub which was part of our contract and deposit. She told the movers to go ahead and leave and that she would call us right back and get us a different crew. At 7:300pm she sent a Text message that said she was still looking for a moving crew to satisfy the contract. Their VM was full, the phone # for our salesman has been shut down. We have contacted Customer Support at lease 6x and have never been able to speak to her nor get any response out of NOT-Dependable Movers in relation to our deposit. They keep stating that WE CANCELED ONSITE. That is a lie!!! If we canceled then we wouldn't have a text message that states they are looking for another move team. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will leave you hanging when you need them most AND keep your money for NOTHING!!!
