I really don't know what to say...

I really don't know what to say. Deploys.io is a MUST if you are looking at a hosting company. The support team genuinely cares about your vision, the management personnel always get you the lowest possible price so that you don't need to worry about the cost of hosting a high-tier product, and the performance is outstanding.

- Let me start off with this, I have been to at least a dozen other hosting companies, not ONE has given me the same experience as deploys. Every single time I need something, the support team knows how to efficiently help with my issue so I can get the ball rolling again. They are truly excellent individuals and work even better as a team to solve my problem without hesitation.

- The management team literally cares about my product, as if they are part of my own website's staff. They give out loads of discounts at just the right times so that hefty server pricing doesn't need to be a hassle for my startup.

- The technical advisory board here at deploys must be AMAZING, not only can they offer me these cheap prices, but the price to performance ratio is rivaled by nobody.

I wouldn't wait any longer, you have found the right choice. Go with deploys.

Alright

Alright, have slow response time, and they have had a time where you cant create a ticket. Now there is a server outage, and no word form any staff member. Would be better spending the extra for something like pebble host, where you have good service time.

Awful support, Never got a server.

I ordered a server from them about a week and a half ago. Never got any emails from them or anything. Couldn't log into any of the panels either. I contacted the support. Support is very useless and doesn't help at all. At the end they never even responded either. I charged this whole thing back. Don't buy this host ever. It boasts cheap prices and good specs, however it simply doesn't deliver.
Plan: 10gb Minecraft Enterprise.

Not worth it, I regret that I ordered

Never wrote a review for a company or for someone, but this literally had to be done.

SETUP:

Let's begin with the ordering, I tried ordering from them for a week or so, for a bigger VPS which wasn't available at the moment, that's okay, that isn't an issue at all for anyone, so I decided I'll just wait. I then saw I could order a 16 GB Game VPS after about a week. I literally couldn't wait to test it out, their performance and everything.
The order was done, everything was paid for, let's wait for a bit for it to activate, that's what happens with 95% of hosting companies, you wait for ~15 minutes maximum to get your service. Not here, I've waited for 8 hours and decided to open a ticket, then I was informed that they were restocking. Okay, that's fine but guess what, asked after 24 hours if there's any ETA. Someone came and said they don't have VPS's until August so the team isn't really up to date with what's happening with the company. Then, I got a reply that confirmed me that they are actually restocking. About 3 days passed, and even that I got my service on 30 and I asked them to set the billing date on the date that I got the VPS, they just put it on 28. A day after I ordered, yeah, a small issue.

GETTING THE VPS:

From the beginning the VPS was having network issues and some other issues, I was sending and receiving half the packets I send and guess what, I was informed that the error is actually on my side when clearly it isn't. You will get those kind of replies most of the times, I think the staff most of the times assumes that you are a kid or not informed at all. The staff is also ran by very young people which shouldn't be an issue but maybe that's why they are acting like this. Anyway, the problem was sorted out in a not really short time, more like a few good hours.

Anyway, time has past, the server was working fine for like two weeks, then, the server had some critical network issues, literally unplayable (owning a Minecraft server). The support? From a 1 to 10 scale I would give them -4... The replies were actually taking over 8 hours, they only gave me some troubleshoot tips at the beginning and then I was literally "begging" for replies. A week has passed and the issue is still there, they said they have some network issues but it's unbelieveble, one week and a issue not sorted out, no one would look for that.

The reply I will get here will be some childish excuses or non relevant ones or I might get my review removed but I'll try and make sure it won't, people need to see this, the company isn't a scam but it's also not far away from that.

For whoever is reading this, I'm sorry for my english.

Support is Non-Existent

Support is extremely slow
160+ hours of downtime because they had to install a KVM(still not install)
Which could've been sorted way sooner.

I don't care whatever excuse you use.
"We do this in our freetime"
or "Give them some time"

NO, guess what. You're a company and you should work to provide. not work to pass the time.

Owners are also underaged, and thus have less time to run this business.

Support is only there to create argument's and excuses. no status updates no hello, no bye. no NOTHING.

We had not caused the issue that your dedicated server is encountering, it was caused by you. At the moment, we're waiting for the datacenter to hook up a KVM to your server so that you can repair the issue. We cannot do anything as we wait for the KVM to be attached to your server, despite how long they might take.

None of our team had made excuses as to why you have not received your KVM yet. We have told you that we're waiting for the datacenter to attach the KVM. When you took your issue out of the ticket and into the public support and client discussion channels, other clients had told you those excuses, but not us.

We fully understand that we're a company and we do provide our service, and not work to pass the time. Regardless of the age of the team, we don't have less time to manage deploys.io unlike what you mention.

We would like to ask for you to update your review to be an accurate experience of your service with our team and not with our other clients, and for you to take down your other two reviews on different accounts.

The first host I've ever left mid-rental

Attracted by the exceptional hardware and low prices, I made the unfortunate mistake of renting a VPS Game server from Deploys and moving my community over. The first 14 days or so seemed fine - didn't really have any issues or interaction with the support.

However, for the last 3 days, my VPS has been subjected to constant extreme lag. From what I was able to gather, the upload speed was either being choked or throttled, and this made our gameservers completely unplayable for all members of my community. By unplayable, I mean the map, chat and anything else would take minutes to load, by which time you either be dead or kicked for the poor connection.

I contacted support who said someone on the node I was sharing was launching DDoS attacks. Few days passed and I heard nothing. I was then told to run some up/download speed tests. I ran these and reported the results. Heard nothing for another day. I then messaged them stating that if I did not receive a proper response, I would be leaving the host.

I heard no response. I have now left Deploys, and forked out the extra cost for a much more reliable host.

This is the first time I have ever ended a hosting period early. I've lost a fair amount of money, but the damage to my community will be the real cost here.

Steer well clear if you have any ambition for your projects or community.

Terrible Support & Ran by underage kids

Support is often creating arguments with people in need of support. The owners of this company are 2 16 year olds and 1 15 year old who probably run the company from pocket money their parents give them.

I'll grant saying that they are pretty intelligent in this field, But they have no clue how to manage a discord server, Let alone a company.

Deploys took down our server suddenly without warning because of something "upstream" This happened twice and we were not warned either time. We had no clue what was going on and I had quite a few people playing with me, Including a streamer which unforunately pulled out of my deal because of this incident, Everything was looking good before this.

Edit:
My review was reported by deploys as a attempt to quiet their bad reviews. Deploys.io knew who I am, I had used the same account names on everything, They even have receipts from paypal showing that it is infact, Me. (Same name Again..) Despite even literally having the client role on their discord, And being in many tickets, And in some of those tickets, Them having my server ID confirming that I am a Client!!

I would not suggest using deploys.io at all, They are a bunch of underage kids, Who have reported majority, if not all of their bad reviews in attempt to try and hide said bad reviews.

Deploys is great

At first I got quite annoyed when the game VPSs were crashing a lot during my vacation because I lost quite a handful of players (around 30 players) but overall the performance was pretty good for the price so 8/10 for the vps.

Their support is actually really good. While they might take a few hours to respond to your ticket, it is worth it. 9/10 Support

On the other hand, I really recommend their hybrid hosts as they are the best price to performance server you can get! I was really surprised by the performance of my i7 6700k hybrid host! For the price of only €40 you can get the performance of a dedicated server with an i7 6700k! It is also comes with 1.7 T/bits of voxility ddos protection and 30 GB of ram all of that for just €40 really surprises me! If you are looking for a dedicated server, hybrid server, or Minecraft server, deploys is where I recommend you get it from.
The Hybrid Host is a 10/10 for me
