With due respect, I would like to share my unfortunate experience with Deodap Dropshipping Services, so that others may not face similar issues.
I joined Deodap’s dropshipping scheme with high hopes after receiving a call from their tele-calling executive. The executive clearly explained the available schemes and the discounts offered. I was also informed that purchasing a laptop was mandatory to start the dropshipping business from the beginning.
I took nearly two weeks to carefully consider my decision. Initially, I planned to join the basic scheme. However, the executive strongly convinced me to opt for the higher plan costing ₹29,000 + GST. At that time, I had not even purchased a laptop. I was assured that I could recover the laptop cost within one month through earnings from Deodap dropshipping.
Trusting their promises, I purchased a laptop and paid approximately ₹25,000 for the selected scheme. I was informed that the product listing process would be completed within a maximum of 7 days without fail. However, the listing process was delayed and completed only after three weeks, allegedly due to Amazon server issues.
A WhatsApp group was created, supposedly to provide support and convince me that they were offering the best service. Despite regular follow-ups from my side, I received my first order only after a long delay. I strongly suspect that the first order was internally placed just to create confidence. The second order was returned. The third order’s authenticity is still unclear.
Even after four months of paying the scheme amount, I received only three orders in total, out of which two appear to be fake or non-genuine.
When I raised concerns, the sales executive eventually told me that the paid amount should be considered my loss and simply said, “Sorry for your loss, sir.” This clearly shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism.
I also sent a legal notice regarding this matter. However, there has been no proper response from the company or its CEO. It appears that they are aware that individuals like us may not be financially capable of pursuing lengthy legal procedures, and they take advantage of that situation.
My major concerns are:
False earnings promises and unrealistic income claims.
Misleading assurances regarding recovery of investment within one month.
Delay in service delivery beyond promised timelines.
Possible internal/fake orders to create artificial confidence.
Lack of accountability and customer support after payment.
Emotional manipulation through tele-calling to target people with business dreams.
It is unfortunate that a company can grow using the hard-earned money of individuals who invest with genuine dreams and trust.
I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before investing in Deodap dropshipping services. Their tele-calling executives are highly convincing, but the actual results and support may not match the promises given.
I ordered some products from this app, but several items were missing and a few were damaged/broken. There was no proper customer care number available, and it was extremely difficult to register a complaint. After a lot of effort, I finally managed to contact them, but they only provided a partial refund, which was not even equivalent to the value of the missing and damaged items.
The products that were delivered were also of very poor quality and stopped working within 2–3 days. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The products are low quality, and the customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful.
I would not recommend this app to anyone. Very disappointing.

I ordered ceramic cup set and ceramic bowls set. They send mi plastic bowls set. I ordered 12 piece set of 6 ceramic cups and 6 ceramic bowls.But I received 6 ceramic cups with 2 Broken cup handles and 2 plastic bowls only. I raised complaint but they didn’t return or refund the product. Worst experience ever. They didn’t take responsibility for missing items and damaged products. I never buy again from deodap. Disappointment. I raised complaint many times. And they have late delivery.

I ordered flat mop and supplied with bathroom brush. When ticket was raised, I got message that the two products are similar and refund can not be initiated. I had not ordered bathroom brush. I am most surprised about their response.
After complaining to GRIVIENCE officer, I HAVE NOW RECEIVED MY REFUND.

I ordered 2 7 mukhi rudraksha and paid money, they send me 5 mukhi. when I informed about the wrong product, they took the money for what they send and closed the query by refunding rs 26. I tried to call in support and also tried in there whatsapp they responded that refund activated and complaint closed. I highly recommend not to buy any thing you will have chances of getting cheated

I have received my order today there was a hand fan which is totally damage If the company can't solve any issue than why give a damage product to waste people times. I even send the video of my problem. it's been from yesterday I wasting my time I already shows the product that is not working .

I had ordered a low height chair , but the quality is very very cheap, the seat of the chair was completed stained , and peeled from sides, basically i received a used one, the back rest is also low quality plastic and completely stained with loads of finger prints, no screws received for attachments, biggest fraud just like meesho. Also had order oil dispenser it's more worst , it's a low quality plastic, more poor quality than the regular mineral water bottles. Wasted my 950 rupees.

I have buy first time from this app and trust me they service was 3rd class. I have order 2 item and got one item wrong. When try to exchange it, they say we can’t accept your exchange request because you have not provide unboxing video when in bill receipt and and from the product SKU number it clearly show that they have send wrong item.
And in they application order history is not showing like other application.
So think twice before buying from Deodap. There is no guarantee you get correct item or you can exchange wrong item.

I purchase first time feom deodap. And i was not aware that i have to make unboxing video. And i not received one item.. as i know 1 item is missing. I complain in just withing 2 hour of delivery. I expalin them everything. That only 1 item is missing. At first they told provide invoice copy. And after 2 day they asking ng product images that i received. I purchase product for use. Not to showcase. I seems they dont want to sent vack missing item as well dont want to refund. Very bad experience with deodap.. i was thinking to vuy more items. But with this incident. I am very low in confidence for deodap. If deodap price is cheaper then quality us also cheaper as per price.

I placed an order with Deodap on 31 January (Order No: #U2526-01-1837416). At the time of ordering, it clearly mentioned that the product would be shipped within 24 hours, but till now the order has not been shipped.
When I check the order status, the pickup has been reassigned multiple times without any proper update or explanation. Another confusing issue is that the order shows two shipments but both have the same tracking number, which makes no sense.
The worst part is customer support. It is extremely difficult to contact them. Calls get automatically disconnected, and there is no response to queries raised. There is no proper way to get an update or resolution.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience due to misleading shipping information, lack of transparency, and poor customer service. I would not recommend Deodap unless they improve their logistics and support system.

Unfortunately, the quality of multiple products received is extremely poor and not up to acceptable standards. In addition to this, the complimentary gift included with the order was incomplete, with parts missing, making it unusable.
What is even more concerning is the complete lack of customer support. I have tried reaching your customer care and have also sent emails, but there has been no response from your end. This has left me feeling helpless, as my money has been wasted on products that are either defective or unusable.

They deliver wrong or defected product and there is no proper return policy or refund system. They have only one copy paste line.

They just text you daily for pretending to help us but after that no one replies and your query left unsolved .I texted them from last 10 days to return my order but no one replies positively.
