Well there you go everyone, as far as DENTZZ are concerned it's all my fault.
Yes I was told I needed a sinus lift and bone graft to build it up, no problem it had to be done. As stated before, the only reason I have to go back is because the dentist shattered the bone !
HOW is that MY FAULT ? Should have been finished on the last trip. As for the " RESOLUTION TEAM " all she keeps talking about is some paperwork, but Surprise ! The only paperwork I was given is the warranty and like I said it's not worth the paper it's written on.
Yes they Offered accommodation for the next trip, Probably a sleazy backpackers hostel.
If you have seen the motels you can only guess the state of a hostel.
Two reasons I won't be going back is I don't trust they will fix everything and not do more damage, and two, I now fear for my safety because I've started a Class Action Lawsuit against them.
But then again as they say it's All my fault.
I'm Australian, I'm fowl mouthed, aggressive and a bad attitude.
Not the fact they are arrogant and don't listen.
They think they can get away with everything because they are in India.
How wrong they are !!

I am so very grateful to Dentzz for giving me a smile to be proud of and the confidence to do so. For 45 years I have been embarrassed to smile and now I just don't want to stop. Not only do I have nice teeth, I am also out of pain.

Two visits to Dentzz, Mumbai ,WOW very very good .Some people might be over whelmed by Mumbai with traffic ,noise ,lots of people , totally different to Home but we found it great, Two days and you are going with the flow.
The service at Dentzz was great cant say enough, all the Doctors/Dentists outstanding ,
Beverly our International Client Manager was the real key to the adventure , she made the whole trip easier ,helping with everything .thank you.

I've just returned to Australia after having my "all on 6" implants completed at Dentzz in Delhi, and am very happy with the result.

The process took 2 visits with a 4 month gap in between to allow bone growth around the implants.

The initial consultation made everything very clear and all the options and costs were outlined and explained. All my questions were answered and I was able to make an informed decision about the treatments.

All the staff at the clinic in Delhi were highly professional and the treatment all went to plan. The pain and recovery times were less than expected, and everything was well scheduled, allowing me to take some time to enjoy my time in Delhi and also to make a few short trips to other places in India.

Best of all though were the staff at the clinic who were warm, kind and helpful throughout the process. I look forward to visiting for a check up next time I'm in Delhi.

This review is for those who are not sure about dental treatment at Dentzz in Mumbai India. You should not hesitate choosing this dental clinic. There are countless positive reasons for that. It all starts with the real and true friendliness of all the doctors and staff. I visited Dentzz 3 times because I needed complex dental work done which included bone grafting, sinus lift plus 13 implants. My whole experience at Dentzz was 200% positive. I am more then happy with the result. I've been to many other dentists before in my life, but NONE of them can match or compare to Dentzz! For me it was also about the cost for my whole dental treatment. Back in Australia I was quoted about 6 times higher then at Dentzz! At this point I like to give SPECIAL THANK'S to Dr. Tanisha (my angel ;), Dr. Joshi, Dr. Ash and Varsha. A big thank you to ALL the others working at Dentzz (some of them used to call me "Marcooo..." :) Everybody at Dentzz treated me great. So, if you need any dental work done, don't hesitate, go on and contact Dentzz.

Professional, Caring, Kind, Comforting, Good listener, Understanding, Very respectful and Honest... these are some of Dr. Prakriti's beautiful characteristics.
I don't know what magic she has in her hands, but she never made me feel like a dentist is treating my teeth with some metallic tools, it was like a soft and light butterfly was "dancing" on my teeth.
Dr. P. has the ability to make her patients so relax while treating them professionally with the best material, equipments and technology you can find!
Dentzz Dubai is also a very welcoming clinic, the atmosphere is calm and the staff are very helpful. You will always see smiling faces there.
If you have to go for an extraction or an implant, no need to be afraid. You will definitely have a different experirnce and feel very confident with Dr. Kamran.

After several dental reviews and quotes in NZ, my husband opted to look for comparable treatment elsewhere, which is how we found Dentzz. We made initial inquiries which was followed by an video call with clinical staff. We had provided his NZ dental records so could have a productive meeting where all his questions were answered satisfactorily. Therefore we chose to travel to Mumbai (our other options were Dentzz New Delhi or Dentzz Dubai). Communication before, during and after the treatment has been excellent. He is very happy with the outcome so far (his is a planned episode of treatment, as had been explained all along) and he is confident about his return for the second stage in 6 months. The quality of care has been what we would expect of any well-run private health system, yet at a fraction of the cost. This appears to be due to efficiencies and economies of scale achieved by Dentzz. Would recommend.

After seeing a lot of good doctors in Dubai and almost giving up on my treatment I came across the dentzz dental clinic on Google search and saw some great reviews. Decided to give it a try and this is the best decision I took. Dr Ammar and the team are excellent. The good thing is that every single detail of the assessment and the treatment is explained very well and also the detail. From taking an appointment, to the reminders and the treatment - I could not be happier with the outcome. I’d highly recommend the clinic and Dr Ammar !

Indeed Dentz turned out to be a success story run by young professsional dentists. In short, the visit was nothing but value for money and you end up walking away smiling even with a swollen gums 😅.
Overall, the dental place to be when needed, doesnt which part of the glibe you belong to this is the centre of gravity for a professional dental treatment period!

Whilst communicating with Dentzz prior to attending all is professional.

Upon arrival at the clinic reception staff are very friendly.
Upon consultation dentist addresses your treatment plan and confirms cost of treatment.
What I was quoted by consultant cost increased significantly. Patients I had spoken to in the waiting room all said the same.
At this point it’s too late to do a runner due to the travel and accommodation costs for all of us.
One patient he was quoted US $18000 and couldn’t understand why Australians were quoted less for the same treatment.
Whilst I was at the clinic raised some questions with reception staff, only to deflect or lack transparency.

Raised some the concerns with one of the dentist he arrogantly dismissed all my concerns.
My last day reception staff requested I write a Google review whilst I was in the clinic, that I declined.
Move forward coming back home, NO follow up phone calls from the clinic to ask if all is OK or if having any problems
Google review was also written, Dentzz conveniently reported and since been removed.
Question myself how many other genuine Google 1 star reviews have been reported and removed.
Reading all the 1 star reviews on various sites, I’ve encountered similarities.
To everyone reading this review please do a thorough research before attending this clinic.
For the record will not be returning to this clinic to complete my treatment.

Hi! So I am a dentist myself in Chicago, USA. My uncle in New Delhi needed some pretty advanced dental care. After much research I came upon Dentzz Delhi and got in touch with their team. The teams response and patient care provided was excellent! Dr. Jyotsna Arun was by the far the best dentist in his lifetime of experience with dentists, my uncle said. He said she was professional, caring, knowledgeable and very efficient in her skills. He asked me to make sure I give you a 5 star review! Great going you all. Thanks for your care and work.

I checked about Dentzz Dental Care Mumbai on the website and was impressed about their presentation and reviews.
I made an enquiry and immediately Sanjay their International client manager emailed me with all the information about treatment and prices and even arranged a video call with Dr Suman Kumar who explained me the treatment in detail. After that I booked my flight and Sanjay arranged for a taxi to pick me and my wife from the airport and had my appointment with Dr Suman Kumar on the same day.
During my treatment I was seen by Dr Simran ,Dr Ash,
Dr Annirudha and Dr Faraz.They were all Professionals in their own field.
Thankyou Sanjay for arranging everything.
My wife Upkar will come for further treatment in September.
