In my case, it started with booking online and was told that 250 euro deposit is refundable and they may only deduct x-ray cost and consultation fee which was not the case. whatsapp staff like Mr Ibrahim is a scammer. clinic staff is nicer. The consultant is also nice but gave conflicting statements when i asked questions regarding the treatment, which put me off and i am happy i did not get the treatment. dont trust what they will say on whatsapp as its their trap and never pay any deposit if you are a foreigner. keep an eye on what they say and keep the chat record in case if you want to complaint later on to turkish authorities regarding any scams.

I was looked after by fantastic team and felt safe in there hands at all times during the two visits.

My first visit to DentX International has been excellent. From the very first moment, all the staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive. Mustafa, the translator, was very good, and Viviana, the person who assists us in Spain, is amazing: very patient and explains everything clearly.

My wife and I traveled from Valencia and the experience has been very positive. We didn’t feel any pain, they provided us with all the necessary medication, and they were always attentive to us.

The transfer service was very good, both from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic. They picked us up without any problems, and the hotel was also very good. The clinic is modern, clean, and gives a lot of confidence.

We are really looking forward to coming back for the final teeth. Highly recommended. 👍

The worse dentist I have ever been too.. the staff are so rude, don’t make you feel comfortable especially the receptionist didn’t smile once just asked me what my name was and told me to sit down all the hours I was sat there they didn’t even offer me a drink just kept looking over at me in disgust. I came for my teeth whitening I payed 220 pounds. They did not look any different so I asked my coordinator to get in touch with them to tell them that there is no change they said I would of had to pay 50 euros for transfer I said no I’m not doing that when I should of already had good results. I said I wanted my money back or write a review. They then said to come back and they will sort transfer and I don’t have to pay.. the woman who did my teeth the second time was so rude she caught my gum four different times with the sharp tool that they use to clean your teeth. She was so rough and when I jumped and said Arrghh she was shaking her head and staring at me.. I got to the dentist at 16.15 and still sat here waiting for transfer at 19.30 and when I ask how long for my transfer is it coming and the receptionist keeps saying I hope so !! After all this I’m still not happy with my results and don’t see much difference.. my teeth are so sensitive and don’t see the results I wanted was a joke. I would not recommend this dentist
I have now just got into my transfer and he said they told him not to wait because my procedure would take too long.. I said so couldn’t they get me another life back he said they said no that I would wait for him.. they made me sit 2 and half hours in pain with my teeth when they could have got me a different driver absolute joke!!

I cannot recommend DentX dental services highly enough. I’ve had three dental procedures performed at DentX International Istanbul, the most recent in February 2026. My dental procedure involved a full-mouth makeover including combined implants and crowns as needed. DentX has been, hands-down, the most professional, thorough, and skilled dental clinic I’ve ever experienced in my six decades. Their entire staff are efficient, coordinated and very patient-friendly. Each visit, they went out of their way to accommodate me and to ensure my experience was comfortable from the moment I arrived at the airport until my departure. At every step their staff strove to make my experience exceptional — and they succeeded well beyond my expectations.

I have gotten many multiple compliments on my dentition. For example: In an unrelated abdominal surgery, in pre-op preparations, the anesthesiologist remarked to me that he had never seen such professional and natural looking dental work in his career. DentX Istanbul are truly experts in their field. They are simply the best at everything they do. Top to bottom DentX is a superb business that others can only hope to emulate.

I feel very moved to write a review for this excellent dental clinic in Istanbul. I was looking into dental implants in the UK but was very put off by the diagnosis I was given and quoted an enormous amount for what was essentially fixed dentures. I felt quite despondent and was very inspired after talking to Anisa Mehmeti and her colleague Dr Guray Öztürk on whatsapp. Essentially I’ve had first class dental treatment in a beautiful modern clinic. Very friendly and efficient staff and excellent medical team! Could not praise it highly enough!

From start to finish, our experience with DentX was outstanding. Gabriela was there for us every step of the way, always available and making sure everything went smoothly. The doctors are very professional, polite, and truly made us feel in good hands.

I had two implants, a root canal, and a dental cleaning — all done smoothly without any problems. The whole process was comfortable and stress-free.

Another great aspect was the hotel arranged by DentX. It was very nice, and the food was excellent both at the hotel and in the surrounding area, with prices much better than expected.

I went to DentX with my family, as they needed some dental work, and I was really impressed with the clinic and the overall vibe. Since I had some alignment issues, I decided to go for Invisalign myself. During the initial check, the doctors discovered a gum infection under my gums (I always had bleeding before). They suggested treatment, and I’m so glad I went ahead with it—my gums have healed completely, and I no longer have any bleeding problems.

Now I’m just excited to return in a few weeks to start my Invisalign journey!

Another big plus was that I didn’t have to pay anything for the hotel since I was a companion of my boyfriend, and I even got free breakfast included.

I also want to highlight Gabriela, who made this journey even better—she’s so lively, funny, and attentive, and she really took care of every single detail. Having her as an agent made everything smooth and enjoyable; you honestly couldn’t ask for more.

We recently had our dental treatment done in Turkey and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Mehmet Altunay, who organized everything for us, was incredibly helpful and supportive. He took care of everything from A to Z. No matter what we needed, we could call him anytime and he made sure everything was in order.

The hotel he arranged was excellent—very clean and comfortable. Our driver was also fantastic—always punctual and ready to take us wherever we needed to go. The staff at the clinic were all very friendly and professional.

The doctor was amazing and did a fantastic job with our teeth. The clinic itself was very clean and modern. After a few days, we truly felt like family there. Everything was just perfect.

Review for Dentx in Istanbul, Turkey

We were introduced by Viviana Castaneda Sua too the team of Dentx and there well equipped dentist studio. My wife went the first time last April to get all here teeths replaced by new crowns and 2 new implants. The last crowns were now placed and I needed a sinuslift operation. All the teammembers are were informative, realy nice people and more important absolute professionals. They realy take the time for you and the costs are very reasonable. Viviana arranged everything around the clinic like the schedules, hotel and taxi’s, what makes it easy to travel to Istanbul. When you arrive in the middle of the night in a crowed Airport in Istanbul and within no time you are in a reserved taxi which bring you to your hotel it feels secure. I realy was afraid to undergo the operation. For me the result of the teeths of my wife, the professional approach and the experience with my operation makes me decide to do it with Dentx. We are happy with the result and no pain, no inflamation or swelling. We already send some friends and we can wholeheartedly recommend the Dentx team. In a couple of months we have to come back for placing my crown and I plan to do an orthodontial program.
